Big fan of Trans-Bridge lines as I currently live in NYC but am from, and most of my family still resides in the Allentown area. Buses always leave both LVIP and PABT at the scheduled time, however, it seems they usually arrive at the destination a bit late (I'd say normally 30 min or so) - try to avoid a bus that stops at Newark airport as that's where the holdup normally is. Also, drivers are very strict about the no food/drink/loud conversation rules. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. From one particular bus driver (billy) so much so I wrote my first letter of complaint to company AND yelp review: To whom it may concern, I'm writing this email to make an official complaint about a particular bus driver. The specific route taken was Saturday 12/28/2013 Departing from NY Port Authority at 2:30pm Arriving in Easton, PA at 4:00pm; Bus #388. This particular day, when boarding the bus, myself and a few other people were assuring we were in fact boarding the proper bus, when I asked the bus driver he yelled " What's so hard about this!" and took a puff from (what looked like) his portable cigarette and rudely blew it's smoke in my face. He also warned that I couldn't take the slice of pizza that was in my hand on the bus and that I finished it before boarding in which I just ended up throwing away after two more bites with only 2 minutes left to board. Everyone is now boarded (about 5-6 people total) As I am now seated approximately around 2:29pm the bus driver approaches my seat and says, "You didn't put that pizza in your bag did you?" I reply, "No, I just threw it away because I didn't want to risk missing the bus" he leaves. Two minutes later (one minute behind schedule now) he comes back to my seat and says, "which garbage can did you put it in?" I said, " The center garbage can inside the terminal" he says " that he has checked all of the garbage cans inside the terminal and didn't see it". He then insists that he check my bag. At this point I was utterly embarrassed and appalled that he had asked me to open my bag and basically calling me a liar to my face and the other passengers. I obliged and opened my bag for him with nothing to hide; in it he found absolutely nothing then he just walked away, sans apology, again. During the remaining duration of the bus ride I was extremely distraught so I called my attorney/mentor and let him know what had occurred, He then told me to document all information from driver. When the bus arrived at my stop in Easton, PA (late) I asked the driver for his name and advised him that I would be contacting the bus company. He nervously said his name was "Billy" and covered his ID badge around his neck so instead I took down the bus number (#388). I feel the driver's attitude and conduct was beyond reprehensible and I ask that your company intervene on my behalf to help me gain an explanation or written apology from driver or company. Of course trains are better than buses but what to do if NJ transit doesn't have trains to your particular destination in NJ? As far as buses are concerned, this is about as comfortable as it gets. Right now I'm on the bus to Flemimgton which is the second stop after Newark Airport. A big plus of Trans bridge is the buses have wifi and this particular bus has electric outlets by the seats. Took Transbridge from Bethlehem to Broadway and Chambers. No issues what so ever with bus lines. NYC traffic is always the issue, but I wasn't driving so it wasn't bad. I took the 5:45am Wall Street bus and arrived at Chambers and B'way around 7:55 or so. The bus was quiet and clean. I would definitely use transbridge again. read more

I recently switched my job and needed to go to NYC 3 days a week from Bridgewater. I chose Transbridge for my commute to NYC and so far it has been great experience. Buses were on time almost all the times and they are clean inside. read more

Took this bus line most of my life to visit Friends and family. This time on this evening July 26, 2015 was on the bus heading home. Driver made no announcement that he was done with his shift and going to be another bus picking us up. The other bus arrived half full and we all board some passengers had to stand and that was the only bus heading to NYC. Took my ticket back and now no way to head home until the morning. Had a great seat at the first bus and now nothing.... make sure your driver and the company know what they doing cause this is unacceptable for a long time passenger that take this bus line etc... read more

I have used Trans Bridge in the past with no problems. This time was terrible. The customer service reps were rude and would not let me complete my sentence to tell them I resolved my problem. She just kept saying she would have Stacy call me hung up on me. Finally I had to be assertive and yelled I found my tickets and needed directions they were not included. She then (gulped) and took the time to give me the directions faster than I could write, I explained this and she slowed down. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on Transbridge. Maybe because people did not have any comparison with another NYC Commuter bus services (like Decamp or NJ Transit). I did! Plus I commute from Clinton, NJ to NYC Port Authority and back every single day. I am very satisfied with the services and the effort bus drivers are making every single day to bring us to the place of destination. Of course, some bus drivers are much more client oriented than others, but overall - I am very satisfied with their services as well as the quality of the buses and cleanness of those. Also I am happy that air conditioning is always working in the summer: when it is 100F outside, I prefer to feel cold, rather than sweaty. What I do want to complain about (and it has nothing to do with Transbridge) are passengers! A lot of them are rude, frequently occupy two seats for one person (while the bus is full), and when you ask them to free up the place, looking at me as if I have less right then they are on the seat in the bus ... For someone who takes the bus every day, those people are extremely annoying!!! read more

I recently took the Trans-Bridge bus from Lambertville to NYC. When boarding the bus, the driver told us that the return bus that evening would not drop us off in Lambertville. Rather, it would drop us off in New Hope at a location easily 2 miles from the Lambertville stop where our cars were parked. This was supposedly because of a street closure in Lambertville. The driver was surprised that we didn't already know this since it was supposedly posted on the Trans-Bridge website. Who checks the website to see if you will be dropped off at the same location that you boarded?? We were expected to walk the 2 miles back to our cars or to arrange other transportation. The good news about the return trip was that we actually were dropped off at the Lambertville stop---after we had spent considerable effort to locate someone who would transport 5 people from New Hope back to Lambertville. The bad news about the return trip was the attitude of the driver. After listening to the recorded version of all the rules about riding on the bus, the driver used the PA system to reiterate the rules and then to add the facts that: all conversations on the bus are recorded so we should be careful of what we say; we should not make any on-line purchases wherein we would give credit card numbers as these would be recorded; we should not take out our passports as the passport information would be recorded! Is Trans-Bridge really authorized to record these things?? What an invasion of privacy! And, for the driver to suggest that recorded information would/could be used for nefarious activity was appalling. Then the driver reprimanded a passenger who had the nerve to use her cell phone. I understand that conversations should not be loud. But, I was sitting directly across the aisle from her, and I could barely hear her. Yet the driver, who was 7 rows away, made a point of telling her to put her phone away. In fact, she would not even have been making a call except for the fact that we had just learned that the bus actually WOULD drop us off in Lambertville and she needed to cancel previously made pick-up arrangements. The driver was totally out of line --- one of those people who revels in having a little authority. read more

Awful ride to AC Saturday! MARS BUS. Not drivers fault she was trying her best but knew nothing about AC Casino garage. Went to front of Casino instead of garage. Man on bus had to help her. Had to force the workers at Resorts to acknowledge us so we sat on bus for 30 min. Didn't know we get six hours there and had to call her boss over and over. Asked who the group leader was? We couldn't believe it and assumed she had only done tours. What a fly by night operation TB is anymore. Instead of relaxed stressed all day due to nonsense. TB continues to allow cell phones ringing loud talking cell phone rap etc on the bus. So annoying to other riders. YOU have a sign why not ENFORCE IT! I will think twice before I take this bus again and personally I want my money back. I'll drive. read more

This company has the most rude drivers I have ever encountered. Worse customer service ever

This company is horrible. My 82 year old grandmother took the bus from Bethlehem to Atlantic City on Friday. She was scheduled to come home on Sunday. She went by herself, as she always does, but she is visually impaired and not very mobile. They cancelled her bus for Sunday and only notified her by calling and leaving a message at her house. She obviously never received the message since she was in AC, not at home. When she called Transbridge, she was told she had 2 options: she could walk to the Greyhound station and take a bus where she would have to make 2 transfers to different buses to get home or she could pay to stay an additional night and call to talk to a supervisor the next day. Neither of these were an option so she ended up having to take a taxi home at the cost of $247. The next day, she called Transbridge and was told the best they could do was refund her the $29 for the ticket she had purchased. I called and spoke to a supervisor the next day. He was extremely obnoxious and rude. He wouldn't not listen to what I was saying and told me it was not their problem. He said she could have stayed until the next bus, which was not running until Wednesday and that it isn't their problem if they cancel a bus and people can't take a different one. He didn't care that they left an 82 year old woman stranded, panicking that she was stuck in AC. He said that I should have driven down to get her myself if it was such a problem. This would be quite difficult since I live in TX. I would never recommend anyone use this company. They care only about making money and not about the passengers. They will leave senior citizens stranded with caring at all. This is the 2nd issue we have had. The first involved my grandmother dropping her cell phone on the bus. She knew where she had dropped it and that it was on the bus but when she called the next morning, they said they couldn't go look for it then and they would get back to her. We never heard another word about it. read more

Awful bus service with terrible customer service skills. They have an unfriendly staff and treat you like cattle. Drivers are rude and their buses break down all of the time. They often deviate from their scheduled stops in order to pick up passengers from other buses that break down and do not listen to the complaints of their customers. read more

When looking at this page, I see people either giving full stars or 1 star- sometimes even wishing they could give a negative star rating. To me, this says that Transbridge clearly comes on here writing positive stories with the intention of fooling new customers. I've been riding Transbridge for many years. I rarely have had a problem with the drivers- always very nice. However, the company clearly has a monopoly and abuses the heck out of it. Step it up Transbridge- mobile app, better communication with your riders..etc. Oh and by the way... 1996 called and they want their website back. read more

TransBridge provides excellent service from Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton to the NYC area and its airports. I have taken their buses about a dozen times and they are always on time and the drivers are excellent and polite. One warning: DO NOT GIVE THE DRIVER GRIEF OR EVEN ASK ABOUT THEIR CELL PHONE POLICY. I have seen a passenger put off the bus at the next stop for doing this. Just use your cell phone QUIETLY and briefly. If gaming on your smartphone, turn the sound OFF if you are smart. Highly recommended and the Bethlehem-Newark airport fare is just $12 each way for seniors. read more

HORRIBLE Service. They lie and contradict themselves over and over again and are so bad at it they forget what they even said. I booked a pier transfer to a cruise ship in NYC the ride up was great the ride home not so great. It should have taken about 2 hours but the bus driver took the wrong route and we stopped 5 different times in various places in NJ and eventually the bus broke once we got to Easton. The bus driver then forgot to put the bus in park and we start rolling away in downtown Easton, PA. I contacted Deke the office manager right away who apparently cannot remember what he says or his bus routes as the two times I've spoken with him have been totally different answers from him. He is also incapable of contacting his drivers or their supervisors instead he thinks a customer will be happy with oh we're sorry you were on the bus an additional 2 hours and 30 minutes longer than you should have been but we won't do anything for you. They are just lucky they didn't make me miss my ship otherwise I would have never left the office. read more

I used to spend about $6000 per year commuting on this mismanaged mess. Why? Because there are no alternatives during rush hour into NYC. The bus drivers with few exceptions are rude and often late. They will nickle and dime you over a ticket that is a couple days past expiration. Seats are worn out and cramped together. I had heard there was another bus line that started up a few years back to give them some competition but was apparently squashed by some local muscle and vandalism. Always good to pay to protect the monopoly in these types of industries. Try to avoid if you can. Crap company. read more

Encountered a driver today who pretended not to see us waiting at PABT, proceeded to back out, look at us, and then wave goodbye. Incredibly rude and poor customer service, as we were at the stop 2 minutes prior to the "scheduled" departure time. Had to wait 50 minutes for the next bus to come. Not the service I would expect for a $54 round trip ticket. read more

My complaint is limited to one reason - the service is generally very good and reliable, but there is a fly in the ointment and this is it. The parkig lot. I take the bus from Clinton as is closest to me with the best range of schedules. The parking lot in Clinton is not sufficient for the number of customers Transbridge now has. Even arriving as much as 45 minutes before my scheduled bus, parking spaces are sometimes just not available. If the customer squeezes into a space not marked as proper parking, they are ticketed. I have been several times. In voicing my concern, other passengers added that they have also gotten ticketed, missed air flights when they had hoped to take the bus to EWR, etc, etc, etc. There are other business close to the parking lot. Transbridge has not made any arrangements for customers to be able to use their spaces for parking (I was just told this by a customer service manager). So fair warning, if planning to leave from Clinton, the best time to arrive is when the PREVIOUS bus has dropped off passengers. You may have to wait 45 minutes or more and hopefully one of the people getting off at Clinton, will have their car parked there which you can use when they leave. Also be aware, that many people are just being dropped off at the lot by friends, so even the above recommendation may not gain you a legal parking spot if the person "de-bussing" has a friend waiting to pick them up. read more

Severely overpriced given the mediocre and often rude service. It's always something on this bus: once we had to stop and stand on the edge of the highway in the February cold for 25 minutes because of an "on fire" mechanical warning false alarm; once in July, the AC was broken for a two hour trip, and we arrived at a formal wedding totally soaked in sweat with no apologies from the company, despite the fact that it was $120 for a couple to go round trip; often buses are oversold and folks are required to STAND in the aisles (how this is legal on a highway like 78 in the USA, I have no idea) at the same price as a seat; and more often than not, the drivers and ticket vendors are incredibly rude to the patrons. Just today folks were loudly yelled at for "not listening" and putting their own suitcases in the wrong undercarriage of the two open slots. (Half the line very obviously hadn't heard this announcement because of the loud wind and then politely moved their bags as ordered.) Another day, I witnessed one of the drivers loudly bark at a mother for taking "too long" to exit the bus while she awkwardly struggled with her daughter, a teenager who quite clearly was nonverbal and suffering from a severe mental disability. All of this might be understandable if the prices weren't luxury high! This is not MTA prices here, yet you load your own bags, get yelled at for not doing it right, have to stand, don't always have heat or AC, can't even buy tickets online in 2016--and all at some of the highest bus prices in the northeast. I work in Africa and South America several months out of the year, and I swear that the service in "third-world countries" is very, very often better than this. Transbridge really ought to be ashamed of the service they provide for the amount of money they charge; it's apparent that they have very little competition, or they wouldn't be able to get away with this. I really wish I could completely stop using this service, but it's best for visiting my family in PA given their proximity to the LVIP stop. I would encourage anyone to travel any other way if she/he can. Here's hoping a more contemporary, kinder company competes with Transbridge soon. It won't be too hard to offer what they don't and to treat customers as anything other than an inconvenience while doing it. read more

My husband and I had tickets for a day Transbridge tour in August. Unfortunately, my husband required emergency surgery and we were not going to be able to use the tickets. Not expecting a refund I contacted Transbridge immediately with a request we be credited for a future trip. I even offered to supply letters from our doctor and my husband's surgeon. I was told Transbridge does not provide credit. I was also told Transbridge wouldn't even credit someone who suddenly had a kidney become available and had kidney transplant surgery so why should they credit me. I found this appalling! For a people oriented business Transbridge obviously has no compassion for people! Life happens!!! A supervisor was not available so I left my name and number requesting a call back. Three weeks and several phone calls later I talked to someone who claimed to be a supervisor. She criticized me for not purchasing trip insurance. I told her we have never been offered trip insurance for day trips. In fact, we had ho idea it was even available! Again Transbridge refused credit. What kind of customer service is this? In today's world with all the stiff competition you would think Transbridge would want to keep customers instead of lose them. I then sent an e-mail to the Transbridge CEO, Thomas JeBran. I explained the situation and requested TransBridge review its Credit Policy. With some thought and planning a strict Credit Policy could be instituted. (Possibly notarized letters from doctors and surgeons?) I requested at least some acknowledgement that Mr. LeBran had received my e-mail. It has been a month and no response of any kind. Not even a form response! Just as an aside I would like to add that two weeks ago I was at the Transbridge Terminal Office in Bethlehem at 6:30 a.m. I needed to use the Ladies Room, but when I opened the restroom door the bathroom was disgustingly filthy dirty. It wasn't just because I'm a woman who wants a reasonably clean bathroom ... it truly was gross. Needless to say I just turned around and left. Wonder what this says about the buses? Lastly, I would like to point out other Lehigh Valley tour companies include gratuities in the price of the tour. Transbridge tours are very, very expensive and gratuities are not included. . Over the years I have heard a lot of complaints about how the bus driver and if there is a tour guide both have their hands in your face as you get off the bus. Tips are expected and many people are made to feel guilty if they don't give one. This makes the trips even more expensive. I feel Transbridge should pay these hard working employees a much better salary and eliminate this behavior! If someone wants to give a tip, it can be given quietly. read more

2.5 stars for this one. You can't be in such a hurry that people are falling over things while trying to load their luggage. not everyone is just carrying tiny briefcases. The bus is clean quiet and pleasant though. it also provides wifi. but the rushing people on----im a tough guy attitude needs to be toned down a bit. I've taken this bus a couple of times from NYC to Bethleham and Allentown and they're ok. I mean you get what you pay for. $45 roundtrip isn't so bad, you're kind of just praying that you get the newer buses with the outlets to charge your phone to help you survive your trip (if you're a thumbs-glued-to-your-phone type of person - i.e.... me). These buses DO NOT play when it comes to leaving on time. I saw a girl run out infront of the bus while it was literally JUST taking off and he acted like he saw nothing, so get there on time, or get left behind. The only problem I have is that if you lose your ticket for whatever reason, you're out of luck, and you have to purchase a new one, regardless if you have your receipt or not. I mean, I guess this makes sense since the driver doesn't scan your ticket upon boarding, so there would be no way to verify if you indeed lost your ticket or you're just trying to pull a fast one. My last trip consisted of me running around like a chicken without a head trying to find my return ticket to NYC. The teller at the Allentown station could do nothing for me with my receipt, and I resigned to the fact that I would have to purchase another ticket, only to be turned down because THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH. I'm not sure if thats true for all stations outside NYC, but be ready with cash! I had to incur ATM fees taking out money. Other than that, you'll be happy to make it back alive with battery life. read more

I commute daily from Annandale to Wall St. It costs about $11 -$12 each way if you buy a commuter pack of tickets, which is expensive if you go roundtrip everyday. But considering you are traveling 60-70 miles, it is pretty reasonable. Driving yourself would cost way more (with parking/gas/tolls, etc) and would be much more hectic. They are pretty good about being on time. Obviously there will be some days with a lot of traffic, but in the past 2 years, I have never had a ride that took over an hour more than the schedule time. It typically arrives earlier than the scheduled time. They are very good about avoiding roads with the most traffic and finding an alternative. Most of the drivers are very good. read more

Find another provider!!! We bought a concert package for our parents in December of 2014, for a show on 03/22/2015. My father-in-law fell and broke his shoulder in January. I called to see if we could cancel or apply the money to another trip later. They denied my attempt and told me the only way they would refund it is if they didn't sell enough tickets. My fault, we didn't get trip insurance, to cover us if we have to cancel. My wife and I ended up going on the trip instead, so we didn't lose out on the money. This is where it gets interesting. First off, at the restaurant, that was set up with Trans Bridge, the food was warm, at best. All of the food seemed to have been out under heat lamps, for far too long. Nothing was "hot". They skimped on the condiments and the sides more than just a little. We had to ask several times for more coleslaw and apple butter, for all of the tables. The show was fantastic. It was a Johnny Cash tribute show. We would highly recommend going, just not by Trans Bridge. The trip back was quite the event. The "new" bus had bearings in the rear wheels overheat, due to an apparent lack of lubrication. This overheat caused the rear tire on the driver's side to blow out and catch fire. My wife and I were the youngest couple on the bus. There were numerous elderly and handicapped people on the bus. While the bus driver ran around not knowing what to do, until someone else mentioned it to him, like call 911, I helped passengers off of the bus, and my wife led them to a used car lot away from the bus. Since the driver didn't "kneel" the bus when he pulled over to check on the blowout. He was unable to "kneel" the bus with the door open, so, people who have a hard enough time walking were having difficulty getting off the bus. I had to physically pick people up and set them down on the ground. I then ran back into the burning bus to make sure that everyone had gotten off, and the woman who was in the motorized wheelchair had gotten off. The bus driver didn't do a head count or anything else of that sort while people were getting off. After I did a quick check of the bus, I ran to a bus that had stopped behind ours and got their fire extinguisher in an attempt to put out the fire. Stopping the fire was a futile attempt, it was already too far gone. I ended up getting treated at the scene by the local ambulance company for smoke inhalation. We ended up getting the bus that was behind us, a Bieber bus, to take us a mile down the road to a convenience store where another Trans Bridge bus met up with us and took us home. The real fun began a month later. I now have received a bill from the ambulance company for their services. I talked to Bill Lerch, Trans Bridge Lines transportation manager, about paying the bill since it was all their fault. He told me to scan the invoice into the computer and e-mail it to him. I did as he requested, and I also asked for him to contact me back to let me know he got it. He never once called me back, or even sent me an e-mail stating that he had received it. About a week after I sent him the e-mail, I received a call from Trans Bridge's insurance company telling me that I have to submit it to my insurance. They won't pay it. They also want to send me some sort of medical form to fill out. This is ridiculous. For a $150 bill, Trans Bridge Lines should jut pay it. This shows their complete lack of any customer service skills. I had even asked, previously, if they had any plans to compensate the passengers for their inconvenience and risk of personal safety? Bill Lerch told me that they got us home, so they feel they did everything they had to do, and would not offer any compensation to the passengers. What's funny, is if something happens like this on a cruise ship, not only do they refund your money for the trip, they also give you a voucher for another free trip in the future. That is how customer service is supposed to be. In closing, either drive yourself and pick your own restaurant, it'll be safer, or book with any other company than Trans Bridge Bus Lines. read more

If, at all, you can avoid taking this bus line, I implore you to do so. The incompetency, rudeness and blatant stupidity of the employees makes for a truly dismal experience. As a commuter to NYC, I regularly take the bus in the morning and in the evening. In the morning, I've experienced minimal issues. Their afternoon schedule- posted online & in their pamphlet- rarely correlates with the actual time the bus driver decides to show up. On many occasions it has shown up over 45 minutes late. When you ask the drivers why, they are standoffish and claim "traffic" (even when the roads seem clear as day). One of the drivers, who drives a bus I take regularly, is an unsafe and distracted driver. (I can't fairly make a blanket statement that all their drivers are this way.) They have a lot of potential- clean, nice, comfortable bus and an in-demand service- but, it seems to be run with similar competency to a DMV. read more

I've been taking this bus service for about 6 years and service has been on a steady decline while prices climb. Bus drivers are unaware of stops, just recently I was not able to stop at Phillipsburg when the schedule had denoted that the bus was going to stop at phillipsburg upon request. They tried putting me on a different bus as opposed to the correct Newark, Clinton, easton stopping bus that I have been taking for the last 6 years. As I had somewhere to go, and I purposely left my house early (I live an hour and a half away from port authority in Brooklyn) to catch the bus that would stop at phillipsburg, I then had to stop at Easton, which of course isn't far, however I wouldn't have gone through the trouble if I had known I was going to stop there regardless. Hopefully NJ transit takes this bus line through eminent domain or something and puts competent people behind the wheel and gives people something worth a one way $26 ticket. read more

This was the worst bus ride I have ever taken. The bus driver not only was speeding while in the construction zones, he was tailgating and forcing other cars out of his lane. He drifted into the shoulder numerous times. We literally thought we were going to crash! I called twice to speak with a supervisor and was told someone would be calling me back to speak to me about my concerns and I heard from noone! I take a trip to atlantic city once a year for the last 20 years and I was never afraid like I was on this trip. I will never ride with this bus company again. I'll drive myself next time. read more

Despicable! Driver today wanted to leave my 9 yo daughter stranded at Flemington in 15 degree weather because my Finance was using a 10 trip ticket. He said two people cant use the same batch of tickets??? That makes no sense. A complete stranger on the bus paid the driver $25 to let her on. I spend a fortune on 10 trips to commute. This was simply despicable on behalf of Transbridge. I'm changing my commute to NJT. Shame on you Transbridge. You need to learn to be more socially responsible. Trans-bridge SUCKS! As of 9/1/2015, they raised the RT fare to Port Authority (NYC) to $53.20!! A year ago the fare was around $48.00 and change! Gas prices have gone DOWN considerably since last year yet they price has gone up close to $5.00 in one year! Predictably, no one at the Trans-bridge office has a answer for me when I asked why the fare had gone up so much when gas prices had dropped. Do yourself a favor and check into their competitor Beiber Bus, they likely have a lower RT fare....TS read more

The Transbridge Bus Line is an awful experience on a regular basis. I have used this line for over 10 years and it has consistently been awful and never improves. Between the constant delays of waiting for the bus at Clinton when traffic is moving and there are seem to be no accidents to nasty drivers all the time, to having to stand because they can't understand the demand on weekends and weekdays, it is a nightmare. On top of that how many years worth of complaints does one company have to get over their lack of parking for daily commuters for them to do anything with the town to improve it. If you are not there by 6:15AM forget about getting a spot. This has become a popular area of people to commute from, we are keeping you in business, even when your service is awful. We don't all have the ability to have someone drop us off. What does it take for you to do something about this? Seems like a change in management and pr person is needed. My husband and me like to go to NYC for the museums, restaurants, shopping, etc. But parking in Manhattan is getting insanely expensive. Add the cost of the tunnel, tolls, gas, etc, .....and trips in to Manhattan are getting cost prohibitive. Taking the train is aggravating and with all the stops, the trip never seems to end (I commuted into the city from Gladstone for several years). Someone told us that you could take the bus from Flemington to Port Authority for half price on weekends. We thought we'd give it a try - and we did so yesterday for the first time. The experience was wonderful. The bus drivers were helpful, friendly and curteous and the bus was clean and comfortable. Best of all, we could relax on our journey rather than arrive at our destinations aggravated by crazy drivers. We plan on trying the bus to Doylestown next, which has some great restaurants and is a nice town in which to walk around. read more

They know they have a captive audience so the service is deteriorating while the cost goes up. And who do you complain to or even try to get information from? Last night they were 40 minutes late leaving for NYC. (At least I wasn't late for a job interview like last time.) The only numbers to call are the local agents whose offices have been closed for hours. When I asked the driver of one of the buses dropping off, he was really rude and flippant. So, maybe he should have been the one waiting in the freezing cold. They have radios so you think he could have taken the minute to see what was going on with the bus that supposedly should have arrived 30 minutes before. For this service you pay over $40 and many times have to stand the whole way. Yes, Wifi is great but even the cheap buses that run out of the big cities offer it. I'd rather have a seat and get there remotely on time. Most of all I'd like to find someone in the company who cares or even to get information from. read more
