Automatically you feel a wave of welcoming, humble, loving energy emitting from them . Its quite emotional and funny to talk about it right now( I started in October 2021 )as I reminisce on how much this center has helped helped me get to where I am now. When I first stepped foot into the Wellness center, I noticed the calming energy and plants , I was welcomed by Master Susan, Which I had a great conversation with while I got set up . Master Jo then gave me a thorough and mind blowing Intro session That planted a seed of hope inside me... especially with my Health Conditions and worries (Asthma , anxiety, insecurities, Ulcerative Colitis). I no longer suffer from this anxiety! I have released so much stress and trauma in my body. I no longer have to use my emergency inhaler during the winter time ! I no longer need my medicine for my autoimmune disease! I have so much more love , confidence and trust in myself ! Thanks to all the brain education, the classes, finding my true self work shop and the instructors, all of this was made possible. I took back my brain and my life . This is my safe haven . They truly care about you beyond the symptoms and emotion that burden us and teach you how to balance your stress and energy system. I continue to choose myself by tapping into my self healing potential, investing in myself through brain education and practicing in daily! My mind , body and soul are thriving!

Dr. Yee probably has the most emotionless bedside manner - incredibly cold and no sense of empathy. After putting me on a protocol, it was impossible to check in and discuss some side effects. It would take up to 9 messages to hear back at which time, I was told she doesn't take 10 min appointments. The assistants who support with calls and questions are the opposite of support - nasty attitude, rude, condescending. The friend who referred me had the same problems and experience - obviously after referring me. I'm going to try another doctor who has already proven to be responsive in a more meaningful way. I had the fortune to meet with Dr. Yee about a year before I really needed her help. I didn't know at the time that I had breast cancer. During the hardest time in my life she helped a lot as a friend with information and resources, which pointed me in the right direction for treatments. Later, when I became her patient, I'm even more impressed with her depth of knowledge, open mindedness and efficacy. Only after our second meeting, thanks to her recommendations I finally started sleeping better. I've taken more than my fair share of yoga classes with a variety of teaches, many of whom are stellar - however, Jen is by far the best. She starts off the class with just the perfect thing to say to you midweek - something inspiring yet relatable in her cool soothing voice. Every class I've taken with her is different and every class is great. She mixes it up enough to keep you on your toes but as a regular one can pick up on her style, whatever that is. Her music choice also flows with her class and you can honestly tell she really cares and is having fun while teaching. I can't ask for a better yoga class.

The…read morewomens retreat was an opportunity to connect with source and dive deep into ourselves to experience the love that can be felt each day for ourselves and others. Through several meditations and group interactions we explored how we respond to difficult situations in our daily life and what tools we use to manage the emotions that arise in order to mindfully respond. Three very knowledgeable facilitators lead us through questions and discussions, stimulating thoughtful possibilities. Home made lunch and a sound bath with meditation ended the day reminding us of the theme "we are more powerful than we know." Thank you for the invitation.
