Alfredo responded to my request for a quote quickly and he and his brother came to our house to look over the project. We have a small yard,so we had a hard time finding a landscaper to come out to give us a bid. Alfredo gave us a bid right then and there and also set up a date to start the work. An entire crew showed up on the day agreed upon. They had all the equipment and materials. They spent the entire day working, removing bushes, updating and rerouting our sprinklers and drip irrigation system. They brought in new plants, river rock, red humus and even built two garden boxes out of red wood. The crew was respectful of our property and our neighbors as well. We were pleasantly surprised when they chose to wrok until 8pm (on a very hot day) to complete the project. A few days later, I contacted Alfredo because our sprinkler clock was not working properly. He stopped by that day and replaced the clock. Now our new garden, plants and grass are being watered on schedule. We were pleased with the price, the work and the professionalism of this crew. We recommend them to anyone looking for landscape and maintenance work.

When I sent the pictures of my brass pipes to some contractors, they simply stopped responding. In comparison, Alfredo's crew came out, took a look, and then completed the work two days later with no fuss, and no muss. I am thankful for their dedication to getting the work finished, and making sure to keep me updated from day to day about the completion status of the work. The crew installed a key valve, since my old brass pipes were connected directly to my main water line without a shut off valve, they cut out the old brass pipes that had corroded and sealed themselves on to the PVC pipe for the sprinklers, they replaced all of the valves with new anti-siphon valves, and made sure all of them were in excellent working condition. Importantly, they also took the time to install new covers so my pipes will be protected from the sun. My sprinklers were a mess, and I now feel like they are ready to last me for years.

He is reliable, punctual, and courteous, and he does great work, often going well above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We're like you; we scoured Yelp for the best reviews before reaching out to multiple landscapers. We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. We have also asked him to do smaller projects, like replacing broken sprinkler heads, which he has done promptly, cheerfully, and at a very reasonable cost. Every time Carlos finishes his work, I think, wow, this guy does such a great job, I should go write a Yelp review. Well, finally, here it is! Carlos Garcia is amazing. I'm telling you, your endless Yelp search is over -- hire this guy!

Asked for a second chance. I gave it. rescheduled for 9AM this past Friday (April 17). Again, NO SHOW! Tried to contact...again. Voicemail. Voicemail box is full, can't leave a message. Texted. No response. Emailed. No response. In some of the text conversations he called me Bob....that's not my name so he must not know who his customers are and where they live. The email with this conversation was a reply to the invoice he sent for a previous service so he should have known who he was communicating with! Oh, BTW, it is extremely difficult to pay in cash. He prefers paying digitally (Venmo, Paypal, etc). I am not one who likes this as we have been hacked through these accounts and prefer to NOT expose my banking information...too easy for it to end up on the dark web and scammer sites. BASIC POINT/COMPLAINT~~UNRELIABLE. If I have to pay a little more to get good reliable, professional service, then so be it.

Their chipper was in the middle of the street and when they were asked to move it out of the way for traffic, they got indignant and rude. 6. When they moved their chipper they almost hit a neighbor's car that was on the street. And last but definitely not least... 7. When they were done on the property... the drove by our house and flipped up off... our security cameras even caught it! I have half a mind to call OSHA and make a report against them for safety violations. Do NOT do business with them. I'd rather have an arborist in-training with a pole saw than these people!
