After the initial yard service I asked for a biweekly schedule for regular maintenance. He agreed and on the day of never showed up. I also called to confirm and he said he would be out my way that afternoon. He never showed up and when I called it just went to voicemail. I texted him and no response either. Not sure why he would be so unprofessional but I hesitated to write a bad review on him, but people should be aware he has a tendency to flake out.

I followed up with a phone call to see if the office received my email. Rosie called me back (I assume it was her from the office) and said she received my email and would send me a quote. The quote was fair so an appointment was made for two weeks later. The scheduling was my preference but he was willing to work the following Saturday.
