I called and set up an appointment for a garden and the planting of cherry trees. Jose came by. I told him what I wanted. He said to send an email to the office with a list of the flowers I wanted to plant. I told Jose I wanted to do the project during the week of March 17th, 2025. I spent 2 hours of my time to compile and send the list of flowers to rosie@ultimatelawnsrv@gmail.com. So I did. After several days, I never received an email reply from their office. I followed up with a phone call to see if the office received my email. Rosie called me back (I assume it was her from the office) and said she received my email and would send me a quote. I never received a quote. This company wasted my time. If they didn't want to do the job they should have told me that they couldn't do the job, instead of ghosting me and not replying to my email. My house flooded last year with the record rainfall because my backyard and side of my house had no rainwater drainage. Jose and his crew started early for several days and did an outstanding job installing graded PVC pipes with pop up drains. They had to cut concrete and dig at least 150 ft of trenches to route the pipes to the front where the water can drain to the street. I can now rest easy for this year's rainy season. Jose the owner came out to my house & gave me estimate for my backyard cleanup. I needed several small trees cut down to nothing if not easily removed from the ground. Also overgrown bushes. I was pre-paying and at the time of cancelling they still had one day of service to do. They never refunded the money to me as I requested and tried to tell me I owed them more! We received a very fair estimate and scheduled the clean up day. The crew was on time, professional, fast and did an incredible job. Their service exceeded all expectations! Bushes and trees were trimmed, junk was hauled away and the grass was neatly cut and edged. They removed three very large dead trees and the stumps were ground down. They also cleared the debris from the roof. Most impressive was the clean up. They swept and removed every cut blade of grass and leaf. Spotless! I chose this business because of many 5 star reviews. I am dissatisfied with their service. I expected completion of the job as agreed upon the first time. Cleaning up flowerbeds, killing weeds, trimming neglected bushes, mowing lawns. As I wasn't present when the job was "completed", I didn't see my yards other than in photos taken by my boyfriend who wasn't present when I consulted with Jose. Jose was also not present when his team came to my house. Two dead plants were left, the front yard flower beds were not cleared of weeds and one backyard area that I instructed to be cleared of all plant life, was left with plant life that was to be cleared. I will add that they came back and cleared up the backyard plantlife after bringing to his attention by looking at a photo. I didn't see the full results until I was there yesterday working on my house; discovered a shoddy job. I am so disappointed! definitely paid for more than their job was worth.
