I spent 2 hours of my time to compile and send the list of flowers to rosie@ultimatelawnsrv@gmail.com. So I did. After several days, I never received an email reply from their office. I followed up with a phone call to see if the office received my email. Rosie called me back (I assume it was her from the office) and said she received my email and would send me a quote. I never received a quote. This company wasted my time. If they didn't want to do the job they should have told me that they couldn't do the job, instead of ghosting me and not replying to my email. Fortunately, a gentlemen answered the phone. Very professional and down to earth. I needed the lawn cut sooner than later so this company made time to come out the next day and perform the work. Manuel was able to complete this project with his team in stellar fashion. From the moment I called…read moreuntil the end of the project Manuel was extremely responsive and left no question unanswered. He did a great job of communicating all aspects of the project. Manuel and his team were able go above and beyond to bring a massive change to my home. Manuel and his crew are dedicated and have a tremendous attention to detail. Manuel got rid of overgrown bushes, grass, weeds, and a tree to make room for a large amount of concrete connecting the front and backyard. Also cementing a curb around the back, fixing all the irrigation front and back and adding drip. Weed barrier was laid down below the mulch. Several wood fence posts were replaced, and Manuel was able to have a painter come in and paint the block wall. New sod was installed. Needless to say Manuel was a one stop shop rather than having several different contractors onsite. Manuels expertise came in an honest fashion as mother nature put a bit of a delay on the project. Manuel did not rush just to get a job done, he wanted to ensure the project was complete and to my expectations. This all came at a very competitive and valuable price. This project was worth every penny and I will call Manny in the future for any projects I need or refer him to anyone who needs work done.

I felt helpless about how to address the biggest challenge I was facing, even had another Gardner attempt to help me especially with the drainage system. But it didn't work out until I met them. They were the kindest, humble, and family-oriented workers, and perfectionists at what they do. There is nothing that you ask that they can't do. They took their time to make sure I was within my budget although we kept finding more challenges along the line but they took care of it keeping the cost reasonable. They worked with the design I had in mind and added a few ideas of what they liked to add. They removed all the old wood chips and bricks, replaced the entire backyard with turf, cement, flower & herb garden underground drainage, new sprinkler drip line. They also helped to clean my rain gutter and the final big job was to replace the almost falling fence from a neighbor's evasive vine. . They are meticulous at what they do, on time every day sharp at 730, and make sure they leave theor work area clean for the next day. I am beyond impressed at their knowledge and fee and just pure joy they bring working quitley for about 8hes a day. I am ready to enjoy my beautiful backyard for the summer. Thank you so much.
