The owner Matt is very rude and demeaning all the while claiming "everyone starts somewhere." I requested a refund after they cancelled the class time I signed up for and he refused then indicated he'd send one. I've yet to receive it and he was again very rude when asked about it. Wanted to edit to add I did receive the refund, however the owner did call me rude when I nicely asked if it'd been sent. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Matt H.

Matt Hartksy is a Wyoming native, devoted husband, and father of three boys. He received his B.A. from Adams State College, where he competed at the national level as an endurance athlete. As a post collegiate athlete, Matt competed for Team Reebok and Coach Dr. Joe I. Vigil, while training for the Olympics. Matt has more than 22 YEARS of experience, coaching since 1996, working as a high school and college strength and conditioning coach, athletic director, successful gym owner, health and fitness author and NPC national level physique athlete. He has also earned the following credentials: CSCS, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist thru the National Strength & Conditioning Association PES, Performance Enhancement Specialist thru the National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT, Certified Personal Trainer thru the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America FNC, Fitness Nutrition Coach thru the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association And Several Others!

Several years ago I would have never paid someone to tell me how to exercise. After some personal health issues and a second chance, I hired Matt Hartsky to work with me. I truly enjoy Matt's variety of creative exercises, his knowledge and teaching of the correct way to use the equipment and to complete an exercise, and his quiet way of pushing me past the limits where I would have normally and easily quit. I have been working with Matt and Transform 307 for a couple of months and am so excited and thankful for the experience. I have lost 35 lbs and have learned a lot about nutrition while having the support to make the through the tough workouts. I've been going to Transform307 for almost 6 months. I love the small group classes and the variety of workouts. The trainers will push you through some tough workouts that will leave you feeling great. We are lucky to have the facility and great trainers in Cheyenne! read more
