He came out right away and we walked the property landing on 11 trees, 3 fruit trees and some shaping of a set of Oleanders. We have been more than satisfied with the owner, Chris his lead man, Cole along with Matt and Matt. The first time, they thinned out all of our Mesquite and Eucalyptus trees. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. They were very courteous to our tenants. They kept the areas clean as they went around the property and our trees look wonderful! Then, we had some old tree stumps removed and had them plant 14 Ash trees and 2 Mesquite trees. They picked very healthy trees and placed and planted them around our property. The instructed us on how to care for them (watering) the first few weeks and assured us that if we had any concerns to contact them immediately. Cole even gave me his cell number. My yard had 14 trees long overdue for a trim. I called Chris who came out right away to provide a quote. He was very knowledgable and gave great suggestions on what they could do. We set up an appointment for a Monday at 7:15am. On our agreed date, the trucks rolled up at 7:15 on the dot. Chris introduced Cole and two assistants, both named Matt. The guys did a great job on each of the trees. I asked for a few extra branches to be cut off, due to my OCD, and Cole didn't have any problem doing so. We decided to hire Transformed Trees & Landscape when we saw what a fine job they had done on our neighbor's trees. We were really pleased that Chris (who walked our property and gave us the estimate) was an arborist because we were concerned that any trimming not damage the health of our trees. In short, the work the crew did for us was nothing short of amazing. Cole and his crew created a beautiful high canopy of trees for our front and back yards. In addition, we asked that the crew clear a space of about 2 feet on the far side of our wall. It was thick with mesquite, cholla and cactus which was now infringing on the wall itself. Instead, the Transformed Trees crew cleared a 5-foot path beyond the wall. This is the first time in decades that we have been able to walk completely around our property! They went way beyond our expectations and did an absolutely thorough job. Clean up was exceptional, too. We cannot recommend the work of Transformed Trees & Landscape any higher!
