When I arrived, the owner opened the door and didn't even say hello. She had a nasty attitude throughout the whole service. I asked to use the restroom and she told me no because she had another client coming in (even though I booked a 30 minute service, that she rushed thru and finished in 15 minutes). I have light eyes and hair but she used her own judgement to put black tint on my eyebrows. She didn't even ask what color I wanted. Her energy was disgusting and rude. She finished and it looked like someone drew permanent marker on my face. Luckily, I was able to wipe a good bit of it off but by the time I took a shower it had completely come off so unfortunately I had no pic to show. She didn't thank me or even say goodbye. A nasty woman with a nasty attitude. If she was having a bad day she should've called off. Never again. I strongly advise others to save your gas and find somewhere in Metairie.

When you first get in there's waiting area with small sectional and a chair, it's nicely decorated, there's water fountain in the back so you can hear water bubbling. In a few mins two ladies in bathrobes joined us in the sitting area to wait for their service too. It was a bit weird that they do not have second area for clients that are changed into bathrobes and in between services to wait in privacy. I booked 60min massage and my technician was Emmy. She was very good, professional and always checking if pressure was right! I would definitely go back to see her. She listened to what I said and which area I would like her to focus on and I think I got one of the best foot massages so far. Room I had my massage in was rather small, had scarce decoration but I really liked satin sheets they have on their beds.
