This facility is SO MUCH better than other physical therapy places. All the Dr.'s & the staff are very knowledgable & friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & they really help you heal quicker. When my daughter needed PT, I told her to try this place & she was so impressed. She was in so much pain it hurt her to walk. Within 3 visits she could walk again. MY daughter put it very well when she said these Dr's help you get your life back & it actually helped her family, because now she could be the Mom she needed to be. She could take the kids to a park or push them on a swing. I highly recommend Prime. Therapy & pain center & I would not go anywhere else.

After six weeks of therapy, most discomfort is gone and when it does come back, it doesn't linger and leaves fairly quickly. It has been over a couple of decades since feeling this good. I been able to increase the duration and variety of my workouts. My concern now is well the PT hold for the long term? And before I forger, Dr. Mike and staff are great people to work with.

Words can't even describe how grateful I am that she was the one guiding me through this journey. She taught me helpful techniques, supported me through the challenges I faced after my hysterectomy, and helped me navigate chronic health issues with so much patience and compassion. I have never felt so genuinely heard and cared for by a provider. Her kindness and expertise made such a huge difference in my healing. Gregg and his staff don't just give you exercises, they monitor progress, make sure they are being done properly, pay attention to how your body handles things, and are consistently adjusting your program to best work with your body. I can't emphasize enough how much they helped me in my recovery process. Liam and Nina answered all my questions & addressed my concerns. After being consistent with my home excercises & pt sessions, I felt major progress in my knee pain within the first week. All the home excercises were helpful and explained thoroughly by Nina and Liam. One time, I accidentally went to my appt. 4 days early, and they squeezed me in that same day. During the 6 weeks, they were very patient and empathic. The front desk receptionist, Maribel, remembers every patients' names, greets them, and always wishes them a great day as they leave. Despite having alot to manage, she made sure I was always taken care of. It helped me keep motivated to heal during these tough times in the world. Thank you for having this place open during a pandemic. It was a positive healing environment and experience. They show how much they care for & appreciate their patients.
