I have had physical therapy at other places & was not that convinced that Physical therapy would help me recover from my knee surgery. This facility is SO MUCH better than other physical therapy places. All the Dr.'s & the staff are very knowledgable & friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & they really help you heal quicker. When my daughter needed PT, I told her to try this place & she was so impressed. She was in so much pain it hurt her to walk. Within 3 visits she could walk again. MY daughter put it very well when she said these Dr's help you get your life back & it actually helped her family, because now she could be the Mom she needed to be. I have suffered neck/shoulder pain far longer than I should have. Having to pay out of pocket and doubts that PT would actually work, I finally overcome those barriers and payed them a visit. Even after the first visit, I noticed decreased pain. After six weeks of therapy, most discomfort is gone and when it does come back, it doesn't linger and leaves fairly quickly. This place was alright right after my surgery, after I advanced , they would give me stretches that I was doing at home while they worked with another client at the beginning of every session. I feel like it wasted 20-30 minutes of the session. You definitely don't get what you pay for if you're expecting your full hour. I feel like they just get as many clients in as possible and don't give you enough one on one attention. This last session I got cut short. That's what made me finally stop going. Prime Physical is amazing. I've been to physical therapists before and so has my family. I've never been overly impressed with any of them. It's always been, you're a number, now here's some exercises to do, and I'll be back. Not here though, Prime raises the bar on what physical therapy should be. My wife tore the meniscus in her knee a few months ago. Due to several factors, her doctor did not want to do surgery. Instead he wanted her to try physical therapy to hopefully avoid surgery. On the drive back, I told her we need something different, something better than she has used before. We looked at the Google reviews and also Yelp. One stood out by far among the others. Everyone seems to love Prime Therapy. I now know why. From the moment you walk through the door you can immediately tell that this is not your normal physical therapy, these guys care. everyone of them! Right off the bat you are greeted by either Janine or Clare they run the front office and greet everyone-by name..They check you in quickly and handle all your paperwork. They also make small talk with their patients while they wait for their appointment, which has never been long. They are so friendly and make the most excellent first impression. You are then warmly greeted by the back office staff, Rebecca, Tae or Jasmine. They take you to your therapy station and get you set up for your appointment. They take their time with you never rushing. My wife feels so comfortable with each of them. They really seem to care. Then you have the actual physical Therapists, Dr. Mike, Dr. Jay, Dr. Mylissa, or MIchelle. Each of them is different and unique their approach to the patients care, but they are all on the same team with the same goal in mind, your recovery and healing. They are great individuals, and they get to know about you during the treatments to customize your care and make you the most comfortable with the results. But this isn't just Kum By Yah happy thought therapy, they really work you over with the goal of recovery and pain management every step of the way. My wife s tired and sore, but it's a good sore, if that makes sence. It's not the sore of my knee still hurts, but it's the soreness of muscles learning to cope with her knee, it's the soreness of a goal oriented therapy. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the care my wife has received. they all are top notch. I would recommend Prime Therapy to anyone. Thank you for taking such great care of my wife. Dr Mike is an amazing therapist. He took his time to consult me and asked did I have any questions throughout my first visit. He understands what is going on with me and is getting to the root of my problem. Everyone there is very professional I wish I would've come here first before the chiropractor. I had great service here and my recovery went very smoothly. I chose this place initially because they are open late and I don't get off until 5 or 6pm. Being able to come in after was super helpful! The lady at the front desk is always super sweet and welcoming. They always had the times I needed for my appointments and she was always sure to make sure I was scheduled in advance! They have stayed a few minutes late for me even if I was finishing up a treatment. I can't say enough good about Mylissa or Dr J! They really tailored my program to my goals and progress rather than use a premade plan! read more

Too bad the max is five stars. They deserve 10! This place is fantastic. I've been going to sessions here twice a week since August 2018 to treat lower back pain and sciatica. I've never needed to do physical therapy before. I was already stressed about my back problems and nervous about whether or not PT would help. The folks at Prime Therapy eased all my worries. Kind, helpful, caring, fun, reassuring, patient and personal are only a few of things that describe the staff. Dr. Mike and Dr. J are AWESOME! I really feel like they care about my progress and understand what I'm going through. When I thought that I was going to live a life of pain and suffer from this awful sciatica pain in my leg for ever. Dr. Mike and Dr. J shut those fears down - they've seen it all and assured me that I would get better and I did! Whenever you have questions or need special attention on a pain point, they come and spend plenty of time with you, examining you, helping you understand what's going on and talking about the steps to take to help. They are smart, kind and compassionate. And when you're in chronic pain, that's exactly what you want. The rest of the team, Becca, Tae and everyone are fantastic! They make PT fun. They are motivating, friendly and create a really relaxed atmosphere rather than a stale clinical one. They remember you, your condition, your personality, your traits and limitations - it's such personal service. Claire at the front desk - there are no words. You just want to hug her. I'm a terrible patient - picky about appointment times, changing insurance, running late. But she has never once had anything but a kind and gentle disposition with me and everyone else I see her interact with. Can I call her a sweetheart? I think I need to. She really is the kindest person in the world! The whole team, even the ones I've only spoken to on the phone to talk about insurance and make appointments, are really great. The place is clean and nice. The attention to detail is on point. They are advocates for their patients, helping me to navigate the difficulties of working with different insurance carriers, making payments and developing a treatment plan that is tailored to me and my needs! I feel like my goals are their goals. A few months in to it and my back pain and sciatica have gotten so much better. I initially went in for a cervical disc buldge but I had also been suffering from a heel spur and they were kind enough to treat me for both. I had been feeling pain for both for months and it took me needing to go to physical therapy to finally feel not in pain or achy. They take the time to find the root of the problem and strengthen the muscles that are needed to avoid further issues and pain. EXCEPTIONAL is truly the only description for the quality of care that you receive at Prime Therapy. I have been to many physical therapy offices and none have shown the level of care and knowledge offered my Dr. J and his staff. They have offered me relief from chronic sciatic and lower back pain and even brought back some of the feeling to my numb toes!!! Had a discovery visit today. Everyone was indeed very kind. I made appointment here because I'm often in pain. My thoracic spine for whatever reason has decided to wage war on me. I have seen three drs and thus far they have either wanted to just give me pain meds, injections and tell me very little as to what I can do to STOP or at least slow down this horrible news. I'm 39 and when I heard this horrible one dr tell me"NOTHING can be done" it literally broke my heart. I did everything not to cry as the dr told me that and as soon as I got to my car I just cried and cried!! What have I done to myself. Im not so sure that some drs fully understand the weight of there words. Anyhow. I only had a initial consultation and the dr and staff have already offered me enough hope to cry again!! Lol I have been in pain for years and everyone has always Made me feel crazy. I can't say that this place will work but I'm very very hopeful and after the last episode of pain I had this means everything too me as I have only been able to work two days in the last two weeks. I was ready to quit and just sleep. For anyone who is tired and ready to give up please call this place and join me on the journey to better. Don't give up. There are drs who care. I was crushed by a forklift at work about 11 months ago. I should've died but I didn't and know I'm on my road to recovery (Project Recovery on YouTube). Since I was released from the hospital I have received a lot of physical therapy in various places. I was at Casa Colina in Pomona for a month, received home physical and occupational therapy, Healthpoint, aqua therapy at Haider...... You name it. I felt like most therapy places did not have any progression plan for me. I am a very active person and push myself above and beyond what an average injured person would. Healthpoint just had me doing the same basic movements I was doing at Casa Colina just a month after my injury. I was referred to Prime therapy back in October when I had to get a pre-surgery MRI. Prime is the only place where they have addressed the scar tissue that need to break down in order to improve my movement. I've had 24 sessions so far and currently waiting on workers comp insurance to approve my next set of sessions. I am looking forward to returning to my physical therapy routine. read more

This place is amazing. I have had limited mobility in my shoulders for a while now, to the point where getting dressed was really painful. Dr. J started with a comprehensive analysis to identify where the problem lies - in my case it was muscle weakness / joint instability. He made sure I understood the underlying cause of my problem and what we needed to do to correct it. then he designed a plan that was custom for me. After about 5-6 weeks of coming here (and doing the recommended exercises at home as directed), under Dr J's direction and his awesome staff, I am now SIGNIFICANTLY better. Everyone here is super professional, patient and empathetic. The tools (bands, rubber balls) are reasonably priced that you can buy what you need so you can do the work at home. They take my insurance, Blue Cross PPO. Having my mobility back is worth the time and the work and the reasonable $ investment. I am SO glad I came here and would recommend this place to anyone that is living with mobility issues / pain. Dr. J is a miracle worker! I had terrible TMJ (temporomandibular joint) pain and although I had tried every nonsurgical treatment out there, it didn't improve...My dentist recommended Dr. J before thinking about surgery. I have been going to him for the past year, and my TMJ pain is completely gone! Besides his great work, Dr. J is very personable and welcoming, as well as informative, clear, and happy to answer any questions I had (and believe me, I had A LOT of questions about TMJ!!!!). I've had three surgeries on my right knee in the past two years, with that being said I've also have been to many Physical Therapy places. I have never felt so good after doing a Physical Therapy session as I do when I leave here. The quality of care at PRIME is exceptional. I went there for lower back and leg pain that was bothering me for about a year; I was first sent to physical therapy by my doctor, which increased my pain. I was then sent to an Orthopedic Surgeon who tried epidural injection, which didn't help my pain. Surgery was suggested, which I absolutely did not want to do! So my doctor suggested physical therapy again, and a colleague of mine referred me to Dr. Javanmardi; After 3 months of treatment at PRIME, I am 90% better. I no longer have pain down my leg and feel stronger. Dr. Javanmardi and his staff are amazing physical therapists and really know what they are doing. Now he has put me on a home program with physical therapy as needed. I've been feeling great so far and it has been a few weeks. This is the longest I have gone without pain in a long time.
