Words can't even describe how grateful I am that she was the one guiding me through this journey. She taught me helpful techniques, supported me through the challenges I faced after my hysterectomy, and helped me navigate chronic health issues with so much patience and compassion. I have never felt so genuinely heard and cared for by a provider. Her kindness and expertise made such a huge difference in my healing. All of the staff at Brockton have been wonderful as well, and I'm just so grateful that this is where I ended up for my care. In the middle of my treatment I was told I could no longer schedule appointments because the clinic didn't have a doctor and I needed my evaluation and they didn't know when they would have one . I asked if I could just continue with my treatment and I would pay without my insurance because I really wanted to continue my therapy and told no , I don't understand that. I kept calling the West Covina location and was finally sent to the Rancho Cucamonga clinic. I met with the Doctor whom I thought was doing my evaluation to send to my insurance, we discussed what was going on she felt my arm and that was about it , said I would receive a call in a week or so. I never received a call. Patients should never have their treatment interrupted because of staffing or management issues. The lack of communication and follow up was unprofessional and without the care I needed . Stay away from Transit Physical Therapy.

I have been to OPTI for treatment of several injuries, and each time Gregg and his staff have helped me achieve positive results. The staff provides individual attention to each and every patient, and even when not directly interacting with a patient, are always keeping a watchful eye to ensure assigned exercise are being performed correctly to avoid further injury. I have never received better care, or had a more caring and dedicated physical therapist. He and his staff make patients feel like family and everyone cares about your well being. Gregg and his staff don't just give you exercises, they monitor progress, make sure they are being done properly, pay attention to how your body handles things, and are consistently adjusting your program to best work with your body. This facility is SO MUCH better than other physical therapy places. All the Dr.'s & the staff are very knowledgable & friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & they really help you heal quicker. When my daughter needed PT, I told her to try this place & she was so impressed. She was in so much pain it hurt her to walk. Within 3 visits she could walk again. MY daughter put it very well when she said these Dr's help you get your life back & it actually helped her family, because now she could be the Mom she needed to be.
