When I'm there it's on me to ask for the pressure level I want, so if you remember that, it's a good experience. Clean room, towels, and chairs, quiet, dark room. For me it's perfect.

Before my appointment, the front desk called and asked if I could come 30 minutes later, and I happily accommodated their request by arriving for a 4:30 PM appointment. My massage therapist, Mike, didn't actually begin my massage until around 4:40 PM and finished at 6:00 PM, so I received only about 80 minutes instead of the full 90 minutes I paid for. When I checked out, the front desk asked how my massage was. I explained that I didn't receive the full 90 minutes. Instead of apologizing or looking into it, she simply asked whether I wanted to pay by cash or credit. Even though I didn't receive the full service, I still left a 15% tip. To my surprise, the front desk then asked if I could tip more. I explained that I hadn't even received the full massage I paid for and was already tipping on the full amount. Being asked to increase my tip under those circumstances was inappropriate and honestly left me speechless. Only after I raised the issue again did she say she would check the cameras and speak with the therapist. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most wasn't just losing 10 minutes of my massage--it was the lack of accountability and the poor customer service afterward. As someone who has supported this business in the past, I expected much better. I hope management reviews what happened and improves how situations like this are handled because this experience has made me think twice about returning.

My husband joined me on my last visit, and it honestly felt like a mini getaway for us. I also love that the suites are coed, which makes it easy to share the experience together. Shay at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming. She set the tone right away and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location inside the Gardens Mall is another big plus. You can easily turn it into a full day with shopping, Pilates, and a great meal before or after your session. I really love this location. I wasn't prepared for that at all, and I wasn't warned about it. I think as a first timer with kids it would have been nice to have a heads up -- I would have brought a change of clothes to avoid having salty car seats. I'm not sure if all salt rooms have that type of powdery salt in their establishment, so I cannot compare. Overall, it was nice! I think my 1-year-old definitely had a change since our session. The parking lot was busy with lots of stores nearby, but we found a space. We got there a bit early, but they took us right away. The darkened room had a number of "beds" . We were directed to put our shoes etc in a little basket by the bed. Our "therapists"introduced themselves and gave us each a hot water filled basin for our feet. As we lay back to get comfortable with soothing music in the background, we were covered with towels and a cloth over our eyes. First the arms and the hands, then the feet and legs. And after turning over, it was the neck, shoulders and entire back. My therapist had strong hands and reached every muscle knot. Some I didn't even knew I had. After we were done, we tipped, and then came payment time at the front desk. We were each given a bottle of cold water and a loyalty card. The card can be stamped each time you visit and once filled gives you a freebie. Such a lovely treat. We have already decided we are coming back.

Despite the delayed start, the massage still ended at 3:50 PM, meaning we did not receive the full hour of service that we paid for. We have consistently chosen the red wine option because it's something we look forward to at the end of our sessions. Unfortunately, even that simple detail was incorrect during this visit. The biggest issue, however, was the massage itself. I always book a deep tissue massage because I work out six days a week and have lingering back issues from playing college football. I rely on deep tissue work for recovery and pain relief. This session felt nothing like a deep tissue massage. Honestly, it felt as though lotion was simply being rubbed onto my skin with very little pressure or therapeutic work being done. I left feeling exactly the same as when I walked in. In fact, I was so unsatisfied that I immediately started calling other massage establishments in the area to see if I could get another appointment that same day because I received virtually no benefit from this session. I am not someone who complains often, and I am usually a very generous tipper when I receive good service. This was one of the few times I have ever left without tipping because I genuinely felt that neither my girlfriend nor I received the experience we paid for. It's disappointing to see how much this place has changed. What was once a reliable and enjoyable experience has become consistently frustrating. Based on my recent experiences, I cannot recommend spending your time or money here. There are better options in the area that will provide the service and value you expect.
