Actually cost $139.26 but who who cares . So they took the shaft down and I got a call back from a woman calling herself the manager . She explained to me that they couldn't take the shaft down because the exhaust would have to come down ( not true ) and that would be more money . She then added to it telling me they had to drop the transmission to look at the rear differential that was inside the transmission ( not true ) that's a whole different part and I am sure most of you can guess where the rear differential is . Treat your customers like idiots that will always guarantee return business . Take your cars somewhere else do yourself a favor .

Other local shops were on a 2-3 day delay. - Honest: They let me know about other repairs that might need attention in the next few months, but didn't press the issue, sharing that there was no need to throw all the repairs down. When my rental my insurance covered tan out and they needed to keep my car longer to finish the repairs, they paid for an additional rental with no cost to me. (A coolant leak was diagnosed) They looked at it and told me to come back and drop it off 5 days later. Little did i know the car wouldn't hold up even the ride back home. I would be Happy to bring the car again to them and I would have atleast appreciated a notice that I should rather drop the car off as it was not advisable for driving. When I called them about how my car had fumes from the hood while the drive back, the lady on the phone claimed "I blamed them" and suggested never calling them again and "I remove their number from my phone" and "My car shouldn't enter her premises". Exact words. I always talked to Woody who seemed like a nice guy but he wasn't available. I'm not a lawyer who makes his living by suing. I just wanted my car fixed. I drove 30 mins to reach this place because I wanted the good mechanics dealing with my car. I was utterly dissatisfied. They lost my business and I may have lost some more money in the car now. I don't know how else they can justify this. If someone from the shop sees this, advice people that the car isn't fit for driving when I've come all the way to drop it off.

We are furious with the service here. The lack of communication is just disrespectful. They will over charge you and use crappy parts. My car ran before I took it here now it can't even drive and they only made it unsafe for the road. They installed a radiator and broke the fan. Disconnected the PCV valve which caused the car not to be able to even run. Make claims about other shops being really bad and dishonest. Update: We got the car back with scratches on the driver door and back end and missing a bolt from the air box. I REPEAT NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!
