I took my Infiniti to the Transmission Factory after going to the AAAMCO shop in Lake Park, FL where I had already signed in and given my keys to the desk clerk when I was made to feel by the manager like I was intruding instead of being a potential customer. I took my keys back and left that shop. Mark at the Transmission Factory was the polar opposite in terms of his customer approach and professionalism. After a 3 minute drive in my car Mark said I did not have a transmission issue but did likely have a bad driver side front wheel bearing. He subsequently gave me the names of two repair shops he knew to be capable and fair. I did not spend one penny at Marki's shop but here I am writing him a glowing review. I plan to use his shop and recommend him to friends and family. I very seldom write reviews but in this case, II'd give him 10 stars if I could. Integrity and professionalism matter. read more

Our truck had issues that 4 other places could not detect, couldn't even narrow down the issue. All 4 places recommend this company including a family friend. Brought the truck here and within 15-20 minutes the owner knew what was wrong and was as very polite on the next steps. Ford unfortunately did not have the transmission in stock and we had to wait 6 weeks to get the part, they also couldn't get us an appointment for another month, after delivery. However as soon as the part was finally in the US, the owner not only got the transmission but worked on the transmission himself and we got our truck back in 3 days. This place is amazing. I had my truck down for a week because my mechanic kept giving me excuses about repairing the transmission that he previously worked on. When I called this place, Mark was very kind to explain everything to me about the transmission. He recommended a towing truck company and they brought the truck directly to him. He worked on it and now it runs great. I always felt respected and that he was being honest about prices and issues with my transmission. Marc, the owner has a very short warranty period. 6 month warranty is not enough. Vehicle came back after 8 months with a leak in area where work was performed and owner charged a substantial amount for repair. It was incumbent upon shop to replace gaskets/seals when job was perform initially. One year and a half after the initial repair...the same problem returns. Shop wants nothing to do with the job. The email address listed on his website is for show only. All emails to that address are returned as "UNDELIVERABLE". He screens his phone calls as well. read more

My boss referred me to Marc and his team at Transmission Factory when my car started having problems. He told me "he's the best" and boy was he right!! I couldn't be happier!! I was experiencing a shift solenoid error and couldn't find anyone in town willing to try replacing the solenoid knowing it may or may not correct the issue. Marc was willing to give it a try. It didn't end up fixing the problem and he told me he didn't feel right charging me for the labor and charged me for just the parts!! Unheard of!! So a few months later when I decided to go ahead and replace the tranny after experiencing more problems I immediately called Marc to do the work. He delivered with the best quality work and for an unbeatable price. The towing company cracked my radiator towing it to his shop and once again Marc said bring me a radiator and I'll put it in no charge!! He even got my car done early so I would have it before the weekend!! I'm blessed to have met Marc, he is honest and a genuinely good person. I found them to be very professional.They did what they said, when they said for how much they said. They offered a very clear set of options regarding price. I chose the middle 'rebuild' option (not the cheaper 'salvage' nor the more expensive but longer warrantly 'new factory' option).
