This place (and the people involved) have been doing this literally for decades, and their certificates and commendations cover the walls. Immediately greeted and helped by "Adam" who talked me through every step of the free diagnostic analysis they offer. Sadly (or thankfully) my issues are not immediately apparent and would require a breakdown and 'fix what we find' kind of thing but the shop offered their expert advice and explained the process and costs involved. They checked out the car, determined there was no transmission problem (big relief) and told us it was a tire or brake problem, which we were then able to have repaired for about $250-$300. They also put the car up on the lift and physically showed us there was no transmission fluid leak and no other transmission issue.
