I had high hopes for this place... mainly because of the awesome reviews and in depth research we…read moredid before bringing the vehicle in for service. I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

I Informed him that I had a flat tire and without any hesitation. He came over and remove the flat tire and put the spare one on. He then proceeded to take it a step further and check to see if there was any availability for me to get my actual tire fixed today Mind you it was right before closing Time. He said Yes !! I followed him to his place of employment location and He Fix the tire for me himself, put my spare back in my trunk and walked me To my car . She handed everything over to Richie and he said he would take a look at it. They were so kind to offer me a ride back to work such sweet people! I was visiting from Orlando and needed to get back home that same night. Richie called me back with a diagnosis and quote. The part I needed was on back order. Richie was able to create a heating hose fitting and get me back on the road the same day! He quoted me a good price for the work. Didn't hurt that he collects Camaros as I have a Camaro and knew I was in good hands! THANK YOU SO MUCH RICHIE AND BERNADINE! Drive straight back to the second row of shops if you're lost.

At first it was difficult to get information over the phone and to schedule an appointment. Apparently there was one person who may have the expertise for my Subaru. Maybe there was another reason, who knows? When I was there I asked very direct questions based on my limited knowledge of my car's issues and a previous estimate from the dealership. I didn't get direct answers and basically was told they'd have to work on the car to get the full picture. I made the mistake of sharing a written estimate. They basically recommended a lot of work which would require me to spend about what was on the previous estimate from the dealer, but not the exact same work. I was primarily concerned with anything that would effect safety and just being able to depend on the car not breaking down. They recommended new tires because of rot. I hadn't seen any rot but I took their word for it. They also did some suspension work, less than what I was going to get done at the dealership. I think they wanted me to buy tires through them also but that wasn't happening. After their work, I got my car back and got new tires from Costco. I still spent a lot of money. The quality of the work was good but the service, exchange of information and overall experience wasn't good. I know a few things about cars, I just don't work on them anymore because of all of the new technology. I think I know enough to know that I probably spent a few hundred dollars more than I needed to. Good quality work but not the value that I anticipated based on the reviews.

But there were two things that I didn't like about doing business with them i.e. their sales department Number one, they delivered the car to my house without bringing the owners manual. And number two, they delivered the car without bringing an extra ignition key. There was one other problem but it wasn't their fault. The free Carfax report that they gave me when I bought the car did not show that the car had been in an accident about eight months earlier. The report said that no accidents or damage had been reported to Carfax. Little did I know at the time that the accident hadn't yet actually been reported to Carfax until after I bought the car. Lesson learned, accidents don't always get reported to Carfax in a timely manner. For that reason the next time I buy a car I will take it to a good auto body shop and have them tell me if it looks like the car has been in an accident.
