Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

It was set up very poorly and unprofessional, and we later found out he was in violation with the way the trap was set up. There was nothing to protect our roof shingles from the animal if the animal was ever caught, which in our case, the animal was NEVER caught. He placed a can of cat food inside the trap and then he returned without our knowledge and placed another can of cat food and left the old can of cat food inside the trap that stood inside the trap for over two weeks, so you can only imagine the insect maggots that accumulated.
