Food arrived at 6:30. It was very good but the wait for it was unacceptable. People that came in after us had eaten already and left. The owner or supervisor should have come over to explain delay. The chicken Parmesan took a little while to come out. The server did apologize and admit it her small error on why it took so long. I did thank her for her honesty and she was super apologetic. Everything else she did for me with stellar. Once the chicken Parmesan came out, it did smell amazing, but it lacked any type of flavor, the chicken and breading tasted like it was frozen prior, once they baked the dish the cheese was melted on top perfectly. Upon cutting and tasting the entree is where all my disappointment come. The sauce was subpar, and the chicken was lackluster. The best part about the dish was cheese. The side of pasta it came with marinara on top with even less flavor than the chicken Parmesan. I really do love supporting small businesses that are local but I just can't see myself coming back here. I did decide to leave the server a little bit over 20% especially since she owned up to her own mistake about why the entrée took so long.
