Right on City beach, surrounded by beautiful biking trails and amazing shops and restaurants! The price is right for full hook ups, AND you get access to the Best Western pool, showers, spa, sauna, and continental breakfast. Also the restaurant in the hotel can't be beat! Be warned that you are right next to an active train that runs through the night... we ran our AC all night for background noise and it was barely noticeable. I was very glad I read the previous reviews so that I wasn't surprised when I got there, but it really was much better than I expected. It's the best located, full hook up gravel parking lot campground I've stayed in. I've stayed in KOA's that were worse than this Pack ear plugs, your beach chair, a swimsuit and your bike for a great time at sandpoint rv!

There is an excellent restaurant on premises, with finer dining options, along with affordable standards. There are a couple shower/bathroom combos available, with a few obligatory pee-atoriums for the tent campers who don't have rigs. With plenty of old growth trees, it has a rather 'woodsy' feel, which is what one wants in a camping experience. Everyone is friendly. Staff, campers, folks at the resto, were all smiles and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here, but I have my eye on perhaps visiting mid-week, or in the shoulder seasons for a more quiet experience. However, if I were a few decades younger, I would have partied my a** off, and would be here every other weekend...

The property is right on a beautiful lake with plenty of wildlife. The onsite restaurant had fantasic food and the wait staff was very friendly. The fully stocked bar has whatever you may like to include some house specialties that are not to miss. The owners are very friendly and accomodating and are just genuinely nice folks to talk with. Spirit Lake is one of those beautiful places tucked away as a hidden gem. If you need a RV spot this is certainly a go to. We are sure to be back.

When we arrived, not only was Steve there to show us to our spot, but several others currently staying. For our rig size, it was a close call and tight fit getting in, but once in our spot it was perfect. They got us in site 11 no problem. Is it an impersonal overly polished concrete and blacktop parking lot style RV Park with perfect level geometry/symmetry everywhere you look? No, but it was one of the best and most relaxing locations we've been so far. It's in the middle of a game preserve, so there are numerous deer routinely wandering around the area. Ahhh nature! As far as quiet goes, evenings were like a cemetery (in a good way). Just lots of peace and quiet to enjoy your surroundings. And the sunsets on the dock & beach! They are about as idyllic as you can get for lakefront property. We spent time swimming, kayaking, and just siting our on the dock enjoying the sunshine. I can speak for the internet/WiFi as we had great T-Mobile reception and so were only on our own hotspots the entire time. 60Mbit down / 8.9Mbit up. Perfectly suited to my purposes.

Water and electric, no site sewer (but there is a dump station and paid pump out Service available). The bar/restaurant is on the lake, and really good with a nice patio. Each staff member we encountered was great. On our first night, Brian was our bartender. He recommended and made some excellent drinks for us to enjoy after dinner. During our second day, Tim was our bartender for lunch and dinner. His service, recommendations, and drinks were better than what you would experience in a posh big city restaurant or bar. The lady that answered the phone was delightful and they had a spot for us to pitch our tent. We drove up and were blown away by how wonderful the place was. It felt like a classic, well-maintained, and fun summer camp for adults and families alike. The camp hosts who greeted and helped check us in, Caroline and Scott I think, were fantastic. The other guests we encountered were all very pleasant. My wife and I were 10 days into a road trip and on our way home. We stopped for lunch in Coeur d'Alene and realized we were tired and not interested in going home just yet. It was a Saturday afternoon in the dead of summer and finding a place to stay near a lake was darn near impossible. We found Beyond Hope on the Google, they were the third or fourth place we had tried to get into and decided if we could get a campsite then we'd drive the 1hr 30 min off our route to get there. Extending our trip two nights to stay at Beyond Hope was totally worth it and enjoyably relaxing. We look forward to making them our destination next time for some R&R.
