I used to spend hours searching deals and websites to find my flights, hotels, tours, etc. I will no longer do this. The agent knew so much and the pricing as spot on. I'm a bargain hunter and thought going "full service" meant paying more but I was wrong. We got a great deal and a thoughtfully planned trip from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone who would like a First Class experience at Coach prices. P.S. while I was there, I overheard people talking about a group trip that Xpert was planning for them and that they had been using Homi (owner) for over 30 years! Sold!

After seeing the previous reviews I called Xpert Tours and spoke with Mr. Homi. His level of customer service was impeccable. While it was not cost effective for him to book my airline tickets, he spent 30 minutes helping me identify the best hotel for my trip and educating me on the benefits of working with travel agents at the planning stage of travels. I will definitely return to Xpert Tours to plan a trip for later this year. Great customer service and very informed agent. Awesome service!!!!!!

I just got back from 15 day honeymoon that Phyllis from Ellis Travel Agency helped plan and let me…read morejust say how AMAZING this trip was! We did 4 nights in Turks and Caicos, 5 nights in the Bahamas and then another 4 nights in Jamaica. Let me start off by saying traveling during covid is no joke. There are requirements before entering every country and Visas and health forms you need to fill out. Phyllis made it so easy for my husband and I to know exactly what is required and when to start the process of applying for visas and when to take our required covid tests. She not only booked and organized the hotel and excursions but checked up on us frequently to make sure everything was running smoothly and to double check that we started the process to get to the next location. We did have some issues arise with one of our hotels and Phyllis was on top of the entire situation and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Phyllis, Nate and I wouldn't of had a honeymoon even close to what we had without you and for that I'm forever thankful! Not only do I have an amazing travel agent that I trust I have a new friend as well! Can't wait to plan our next vacation!

Love this local park in Bellaire…read more From the Nature Discovery Center to the Texas Birdwatching Trail, there are so many interesting finds along the woodsy walk. The Nature Discovery Center was a favorite when my kids were small. Loved the bunnies, the Wiggles and Squirms classes and summer camps. From being summer campers to junior counselors, they really learned a lot about science and nature. They even hosted a booth about eating healthy for their Girl Scout Silver Award during Pumpkin Patch one sunny October weekend. Love birding? Check out the list of bird sightings. Saw a juvenile yellow crowned night heron recently. In some cultures, this is a symbol of good luck and prosperity. Check out the turtles swimming in the small pond along the boardwalk. The park is free to visit. Parking is available both off Evergreen and Newcastle. Enjoy a walk in the woods in Bellaire.

Their hours during the school year (late August - late May) are Tuesday through Thursday, 10am-noon and 4pm-6pm. The surrounding park is open 7 days a week, 5am-930pm. The park is small but lovely. There are lots of little trails that help isolate you from the road/other visitors. I was impressed at how many benches & picnic tables there were throughout the park. Lots of places to stop and rest. A charming fountain. A few signs to let you know about local flora/fauna. A playground for kids. Even if you visit when the nature center is closed, they do have some outdoor cages with animals. There was a bunny cage although I think he was hiding. Also saw a possum -- Blossom was a cutie. There was also a turtle cage but they weren't there (gone for hibernation, apparently). There was also a large cage with doves. So there are some animals to see whenever you visit. Another major plus -- they have outdoor bathrooms! They are separate from the nature center. I always have to pee so this is a big draw for me. There are two parking lots -- one at the north area (by the nature center) and the other at the south area (by the playground). The parking lots are small but if you come early, it shouldn't be an issue. I'm not sure what the street parking situation is in the area.
