I recently sought assistance in planning a trip to France. Jan (Reston Office) assisted me. She…read moredisplayed a courteous and reassuring manner, but I was disappointed in her efforts to assist me. Apparently, the office relies on outside "supplers" to plan the trips. None of the suppliers were capable of developing a plan that met my needs, even though I provided a detailed itinerary and did not request any local tours as I intended to rent a car for touring. I just needed assistance in arranging 4 or 5 hotel reservations. They provided incomplete plans that greatly exceeded my budget, even though I was assured that it was feasible. The back and forth extended over a period of several weeks with great difficulty in contacting Jan either via email or phone. This firm apparently relies on outside suppliers to do all the planning with minimal staff intervention. Communications are extremely poor. Try to avoid this company for help in planning a trip, even a very basic one.
