Travel Visa Pro is a great service if you need your passport and need it fast. I did and I couldn't find many options where I could get my passport and not have to stop working for a few days. So I found Travel Visa Pro. I paid $500 to get my passport in 3-4 business days. I dropped it off on a Monday and received my passport the following Tuesday. Maybe I didn't read the fine print but I would have expected it 3-4 business days after I dropped it off and not 5 business days, received on the 6th. Someone working there did call me and told me I would have to upgrade to get it when I needed it...on Friday, but then I never got a return call back. Do NOT go to this place- it's a "virtual office" and there is nothing there but an empty storefront in a bad neighborhood. I called this afternoon to expedite my passport renewal and was told to come to this address between 8-4. I repeated the info back and the address was confirmed. So I drove 45 minutes & was confused to arrive at a locked door with no sign. I called the number again only to be told there is no office there, it's "virtual". I got upset and said I was told to go there with my check, photos, passport, etc and he put me on a long gold hold while he confirmed that in fact no one is ever at this address. I'm not sure if this is a SCAM or not but I would NOT trust them with your passport if they can't even get it together enough to know they are sending people to a fake address they are clearly using to look legitimate. read more

I just got a new job with a global company and the owner told me I had to be in Bulgaria in a week. I haven't had a passport since I was a kid and I"m 36 now so I had to expedite my passport. I was a nervous wreck because the owner of the company (this company employs over 1500 people) was texting me on my passport status. I ovbiously felt like an idiot to begin with because what grown ass man doesn't have a passport? But I really didn't want to tell the owner that he needed to cancel my flight because I didn't have a passport. I spoke with Mike in houston and Nancy in SF and they both helped me with my forms and even filled them out for me to help with the process. Then I had a hiccup and needed to submit one more form in order to get my passport. Nancy overnight me my form on Monday with a return shipping label, then I sent it back to her on Tuesday, then she processed everything Wednesday and I had my passport in hand Thursday and am able to make my trip.
