So far, NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!! I made an online purchase two and a half months ago for a 5 week passport renewal. I was told the office was open until 4 pm on Fridays so I was racing to get it done that day. When I called back to verify I had everything in order to bring over I was told that the office was only open until 3 pm. I'm glad I didn't waste the time and energy to get out there so I had to wait until Monday. I drove out and delivered my documents and expired passport in person at the Los Angeles office. When I got to the LA office no one was there except for another couple waiting for them. The building was a security building and the front desk guy almost didn't even allow me to go up! I waited there until the Travel Visa Pro employee arrived (late/ well into the office hours) and took my application. Then after turning my completed paperwork into him it did not arrive in their offices to be processed for another 3 days. Off to a slow start for an expedited service. Fast forward one month and I was contacted by Travel Visa Pro asking for me to sign 3 more documents! Why did it take one month for them to let me know that more documents were needed? Why did the employee, who I saw in person, not let me know that there were more papers to be signed? Why was the application accepted without verifying everything was there? Were additional documents added at a later date for some other reason?? So upon the request to sign more documents I handled that request immediately (same day). And now crickets. It's seven weeks later from that point and I have heard absolutely nothing since. I have logged into the website to check the status, nothing. I have called numerous times to ask what is going on, nothing. Sometimes I am on hold for 30-45 minutes. I called two days ago and spoke with someone who sounds like they have been outsourced in a busy office.... she said she would get back to me because the person who was handling this wasn't in the office yet. Two days later and I had to call back to get the report that they don't know what is happening. They have turned in my application and don't know when it will be processed. This company is very unprofessional and dishonest. I don't think they know what they are doing at all. They have over promised and under delivered. It's been 11 weeks since my purchase and I have nothing to show for it. I gave them my expired passport so I don't even have that! I do not recommend this service at all. We were applying for a visa to visit Brazil, which is notoriously difficult apparently, for a vacation last year. I sent in all my visa application materials to them by priority mail (FedEx) where a signature is required for receipt due to the sensitive nature of the package (aka my passport and other information was enclosed). Basically, they admitted to signing for it, as we had proof from FedEx because of our priority shipping, but Travel Visa Pro still lost my passport! I was/am so outraged. In the end, they offered to pay for my passport renewal, which is expected considering they lost my passport. However, they still charged me for the shipping costs, which was infuriating -- can you believe it? I spoke with them a number of times over the phone during the whole ordeal trying to figure out exactly what happened because FedEx was on my side that someone in their office signed for my priority package, but Travel Visa Pro quickly lost their patience and became completely unprofessional. Within days I realized it was a mistake dealing with this company and it proceeded to get worst.. - The visa I was told I could get (and ordered) was not possible. I was told I should not have been given that information and they did nothing to remedy the issue. - It took 3 weeks longer then was promised and received my passport back just 2 days before leaving.
