I've been lied to and cheated by this business; and feel utterly frustrated. They assured me that, only they could expedite my passport in 12 business days. They then had me drive to a public post office 30minutes out of my way, only to find out by the US postal employee (bless her), that I only needed to come to post office in the first place. When I returned with my sealed documents and confronted my consultant, Raquel Castellanos, she denied her previous statements assuring me they would help more more than the post office's services. In addition to getting our Visa's rejected, he sent multiple urgent last minute requests demanding paperwork within hours otherwise our applications would be rejected.
