I had AAA Auto insurance for a couple of years since they were the only ones who would cover me…read morequickly - I had company cars and no need for private auto insurance. The customer service is beyond awful. The cost of coverage quotes varied wildly from what I was told on the phone versus the actual. What I was told was off by 10X - yes, 10X! I got a warning letter that my daughter had her permit. And yes, I told AAA but they said no action needed. When I called about the letter, they said to ignore it. I did and then received another letter threatening to cancel me, even though I was told to ignore it. In another instance, my insurance was about to expire because AAA they had not taken out the direct withdrawal. Certainly not my fault. When I called, they said don't worry about it but failed to issue me new proof of insurance cards. I had to call 3X to straighten it out. I saved over $300 per month to move over to Geico. I have zero accidents and no tickets. Save yourself and look elsewhere unless you enjoy horrible wait times and incorrect action from customer service on top of understated coverage quotes.

I suggested a different way in the itinerary That run smoother since you were adding hotels and extra nights that weren't necessary. I called Holland America, which you did not after I received the note 12 days after the cancellation from you and they said they weren't going to send a letter to me that they were were waiting for a response from you, the agent who could ask for re-deployment to another cruise which you didn't mention or a refund. My email you quoted was diplomatic and I was trying to be nice. I should have been blunt and given you the reasons why I bailed out which I have put in this review. You can spin it anyway you want to, but the bottom line was you weren't sure about whole booking from the start because you knew I was to savvy.(your words) Of course you don't get paid till the client goes on the trip and uses the vendors. I know that. I made sure Aroyo travel was aware of your behavior too! Having used several travel agents through the years I've never had this issue. I've never been on a "generic" trip. All my trips are custom for made for me with the research I've done into the area I'm traveling to.
