Firm, slightly chewy and flavorful. Then they add excellent quality ingredients to their base - nice tender roasted pork, ham, swiss cheese, mustard and pickles, and then make it perfect, into a sandwich press it goes to be heated to perfection. The roast pork was flavorful and tender, not dry and chewy like so many other Cubans I have had. My only comment would be more pickles, but that is just me. This was complimented by a nice pasta salad and some excellent Tabouli. I'll be back to try another of their creations. That is for certain. If you see them, get a sandwich, you will not be disappointed.
