Don't let the food truck fool you--this is restaurant-quality food made by people who genuinely care about what they serve. I tried the queso tacos four different proteins, carne asada, al pastor, carnitas, and cameron(shrimp). Each protein was seasoned to perfection, topped with cilantro and diced onions (shrimp had pico) also some carmalized onions and got two of there homemade salsa warning the red one is HOT they are not playing over there lol and a few fresh veggies (radish,cucumber,limes). In addition to a couple slices of those, also purchased slices of the Pecan Turtle Cheesecake and Strawberry Crumbles Cheesecake. They were all delicious.
