You don't face it when you walk in, nothing points to it, and there's no indication that it even exists unless someone else tells you or you randomly turn around and spot it. There is no human interaction at all. You eventually realize you're supposed to order from a computer kiosk you weren't meant to notice, and that's the entire process. Once you place your order, the service somehow gets worse. The food comes out very slowly, and not together. It arrives one item at a time, spaced out randomly. There are no napkins and no utensils available, so you're forced to keep asking just to be able to eat. Drinks are served in cans, and even then, I had to ask multiple times to actually get them. Nothing is brought automatically. No one checks on you. No one explains anything. The frustrating part is this: the food is excellent. Once everything finally makes it to the table, the burgers are genuinely very good and clearly well made.
