When we arrived Rotorua, the land operator didn't get the tickets for Hobbiton which was on the list to visit when we booked the tour many months ago. It really upset almost the whole group. Alan showed his patience to pacify the angry tourists and arranged to the money return. Also he took us to the Blue Spring which was another movie site of Lord of the Rings. He listened to my request, asked some questions, took my contact info and handed me a business card since I had to get back to work. Later in the day, Shane called me and asked if I was willing to have 2 stopovers during the flight back in order to get a better price. Oh no...Twenty-five hours to come back home was not an option! Anyhow, I now have a first draft itinerary & price emailed to me about 5 hours after dropping into the Flight Centre. He was prompt, professional and explained the process of fixing my car clearly and concisely. He could have left after he fixed the first problem, but Yousf insisted that we drive the car together just to make sure nothing else was wrong. I am so glad that he suggested this, because while driving we discovered another, more serious problem. He cheerfully towed me to the nearest garage, and remained with me until I was seen by the mechanic there. FYI, I'm an old white lady who doesn't know much of anything about cars. I think Yousf was my guardian angel today. Shukran awi, Yousf! Alhamdulillah!

I had the worst experience using this company to go on a family wedding / vacation, and if I could…read moregive a zero (0) rating I would. I thought that the service we received was terrible. I would email for assistance, and I wouldn't hear back for quite some time. I would call, and was told to call back tomorrow because our representative, Bell, was out of the office. I called the next day, and as soon as the I asked for him, they would hang up on me. I felt like I had to beg for assistance. I also have to say, they didn't give us any flight details or times before we were required to pay our deposit. Once we paid our deposit, they gave us a flight time for later in the evening, which made us lose a day. The return flight was also late in the evening, which meant that they expected us to check out and linger around for hours to leave late at night. They ended up changing the flight to an earlier one, after someone from our group expressed how disappointed the group was--but it didn't appear to be an easy process. I also found the prices to be higher than what I could find on Expedia, which was upsetting to me. I asked to upgrade my room and they wanted $281 per person (the upgrade was included in the price on Expedia). I called the resort, and I was glad I did, because they upgraded the room for $280 USD per room, not per person; so I found it cheaper to upgrade directly through the resort and not All Link Travel Inc. I would recommend someone looks elsewhere for booking a vacation--I was so stressed out trying to communicate with the representatives. I was hung up on time and time again, and I was incredibly polite because I used to work in customer service and know what people go through (and they had my deposit money!!). I also felt as though that they overcharged when looking at what other people in our group got buying elsewhere. I would never book with this company again--nor would I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a smooth experience booking a trip. You will likely find cheaper rates elsewhere and for a way less hassle based on my and my families experience.
