We were so fortunate to have the trip organized by Maro at Travelteck. What efficiency and sensitivity she showed. Despite the last minute changes, Maro managed to get us a great arrangement, with teh most convenient hours, while maximizing our stay in Hawaii. I've been going to Lara for all of my travel needs, and I have yet to be disappointed. She not only takes into consideration how much you want to spend, but she also goes the extra mile and customizes each trip to your specific tastes. They quoted me on a 2 star hotel for a very expensive price. however I will say she new all about Europe but as far as hotel recommendations they are too pricey and offer the worst hotels for stay . read more

Horrible company, this company is a fraud. Don't trust any of the employees, or workers there. They are all talk. Very unreliable. Liars and thieves is what they are and what they specialize in. They do not in any way carry through their promises, not as much as a simple transportation that is supposed to be part of the expensive package that they throw at you. Unless you want to be stranded in a foreign country without much resources, do not in any way proceed with this company. Very deceitful people. Took a trip to Europe for two weeks it was ok, the service with Maro is terrible, Very unorganized, first she said don't get a big luggage get something very small but she herself had 2-3 luggages, If I am staying away for two weeks I need some cloths, than at the airport she had everyone waiting and she came very late, besides that in Europe she decided to separate people in two, by separating I mean taking some of the group to OK places and the other group to HIGH END places (restaurants). I say that is not fair because we all paid same price for the tickets and we all have the money to spend, It is not her decision to decide which person needs to go to a nice restaurant or where she can and cannot spend her money. It's not fair for her to do that, it's not nice, I will not recommend anyone going with her to a tour. read more

I've traveled multiple times with Travelteck and I'm never disappointed! Recently, I decided to fly to Europe that same month, and Maro and Lara were able to put together an itinerary and find me a plane ticket with a great price in just a couple of days. Lara was able to give me 2-3 different flying options with ranging prices that would suite my budget. The service they provide is extremely fast but also effective. I gave them a budget and they gave me a detailed itinerary of my entire trip. I also traveled through Travelteck when I went to Greece last summer. When I arrived to my hotel in Mykonos, they were able to upgrade us to an amazing suite with a jacuzzi.. the connections they have is unmatched. I also booked a trip to Europe through them for this coming summer, but I was able to get my full refund back (not credit) due to the circumstances of the pandemic. The last two weeks I wanted to book a trip with this agency. First they told me they wont prepare the trip unless, if I dont make an appointment with them. Yesterday, when I went to their office for my appointment agent Laura said she's busy and she'll call me the next day. Today I called again and I spoke with her sister agent Maro, asking her how soon they will get back to me, who start arguing with me, while I tried to be very polite, she blamed me more and more by saying they got 40 files and they got no time. Every words that I said, she turned against me than at the end she screamed at me and she hung up the phone on me. This's very unprofessional office and I wont recommend anyone to work with them. I got married almost 2 years ago and travelteck was where we went to get help finding a location for our honeymoon. Maro from experience knew exactly what type of vacation we were looking for. We ended up going to the Bahamas and stayed at One and Only. I can not discribe what an amazing trip we had. I definitely wouldn't recommend this agency! My husband and I booked our honeymoon to Greece with Lara and she recommended specific hotels in Mykonos, I'm assuming ones where she gets commission from, and the one we stayed at was on the farthest end of the island where there's literally nothing to do. We were so far away from the nightlife and transportation wasn't easy so we were very limited as far as what we were able to do in Mykonos. Besides that, two of our transports didn't come to pick us up, once from the Mykonos airport and the other time from the Mykonos hotel to the port. We were stranded at this tiny airport for 3 hours with no working pay phones and no one willing to help us. I tried calling Lara several times even though I had no international plan but there was no response. Mind you before we left she told me if we have any problems I can call her any time and she'll help me. With no help from her we waited for a taxi and that took hours since there aren't many taxis on the island. She got back to me THREE DAYS LATER and told me she didn't know why that happened but did nothing to ensure it wouldn't happen again, which it did. Horrible service! read more
