From the very beginning, Jeanine was so much more than a mortgage broker, she became a trusted guide through every step of the process. No question was ever too small. She patiently explained things I didn't understand, kept me informed every step of the way, and somehow made a very complex process feel manageable and even possible. Whenever a new document, underwriting request, insurance issue, or unexpected question came up, Jeanine was there with calm reassurance, knowledge, and practical solutions. What impressed me most was how deeply she cared. I never felt like just another client. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, coordinated with my realtor, escrow, insurance broker, and lender, and always had my best interests at heart. I truly not only felt, but knew she was advocating for me throughout the entire process. Thanks to Jeanine, I am now the proud owner of my very first home. Looking back, I honestly don't know how I could have navigated this journey without her expertise, patience, encouragement, and unwavering support. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and willing to go far above and beyond, I recommend Jeanine without hesitation. She helped make one of the biggest dreams of my life come true, and I will always be grateful.

Me and my husband reached out to Jeanine because I had known she came highly recommended on Facebook by Solano County community pages over the past years and knew she would be our go to mortgage broker when the time came. Thankfully she was easy to book a phone call with, and we started the process right away. We knew nothing about the VA loan when we first started looking into home buying, but Jeanine was so well informed about it that she answered all of our questions with ease. There was never a time we reached out to her that she wasn't readily available via text or phone call, so we highly trusted her to get the job time quickly. Even after closing, she remained in touch and let us know to reach out to her any time with any questions. She really is there for you your whole homebuying experience and after. I highly recommend Jeanine to anyone and everyone!

We did end up buying a house but it was at times challenging and frustrating. It's always hard to know what is supposed to happen when you are a first time buyer. Right from the start I was irritated by the fact that their office had little patience nor courtesy for people of different cultures. The one thing that made us choose them was their knowledge of programs that no one else educated us about. We ended up not needing the special programs, but Rick Fuller's group caught our attention because of their willingness to help and explain this stuff. We met them by chance when visiting a open house in Antioch. But let me summarize everything that went wrong after that and how this should matter to others like us. We had other family who were stakeholders in this purchase, but they do not speak English. During our consultations, our agent as well as the lady that the Fuller team worked with that does the financing made it a complete nightmare and showed little patience for me and our family, not only for me trying to understand everything, but also for me in trying to translate this all in real time back to everyone else in another language. It was not only difficult for me, but there was zero concern from the Fuller team that they cared about everyone involved understanding what we were getting into, particularly with financing. It took numerous demands from me to the finance person to STOP calling me on the fly asking me questions and to make decisions on the spot and requesting her to email instead so I can translate it back to others. She simply would not do it and would call and call me at work until she got the answer she wanted. Eventually, I had to demand to work with someone else. In hindsight I should have revoked my consent with everyone involved. We did not have a great connection with our real estate agent, though I give her kudos for trying. She never seemed to really get what we were in the market for so we did a lot of searching on our own. At one point, we found an amazing house in Vallejo, only to be told (by the same finance lady) that the loan limits in Solano are not the same and we couldn't get the house. Sad thing is, neither our agent nor the finance lady mentioned this after we had looked at numerous houses in Vallejo. Another strike for these guys. Ultimately we found a house on our own and ended up purchasing it. The process went quickly after that, albeit with more of the "we don't care that you have to translate any of this to someone else" drama as long as someone signs the paperwork. There's more to the story, but I will summarize with this...after we purchased our home, with most of it feeling very transactional and not personalized, we never really saw our agent after that and felt exactly that, the transaction was done. One would think that you'd get a nice gift given they made a bunch of money (like $20K+) doing not a whole lot but giving you stress. Well, we received a $20 Amazon Echo in the mail as a gift. It's essentially a cheap clock, which of course, in our culture, means death (and is pretty worthless for the rest of the family that doesn't speak English). Google is free. Just unbelievable. How are you going to assist families with life decisions like this and not attempt to understand anything about them is beyond me.

She recommended an awesome agent (Patricia Zuniga) and worked really hard together to ensure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I have finally found a local company I can trust with all of my real estate financing needs. I even referred my parents to Delta Lending because of the excellent service I received from Mark DiMercurio. Background: We had a very long and unpleasant experience working directly with a loan officer at a large bank and Mark was able to get a loan approved when we were denied by the bank. Pros: Mark listens, treats you like a valued client, he will tell you if the financing is in your best interest or if you should wait until a later date. He is upfront, extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. He got us a lower rate than expected, which will save us thousands of dollars over the next several years. He anticipated every issue and walked us smoothly through the process. I was also extremely impressed with Delta Lending's online document management system and its ease of use. Also, the scheduling and turnaround time on the appraisal was impressive. Cons: I did not encounter one problem during the entire refinance process and that is saying something about the integrity of this company. If you are looking to obtain a home loan or refinance and you want to work with somebody honest and with integrity that will not waste your time or your money call Mark DiMercurio at Delta Lending. His dedication to his work is unrivaled. He knows how to get the job done right. I highly recommend Delta Lending, they will not only save you a lot of money, but also valuable time and energy. Overall it was a great experience; I will not hesitate to work with Mark and his team again in the future.

With my second refinance, she was able to find a loan that would give me cash back that I needed, and was able to lower my interest rate! She was very attentive to questions I had, even when her and her kids were sick at home with fevers! She knew I had a crazy schedule, but she would answer my questions at all hours of the day and night, sometimes responding to emails at 1 am after I got off work! With both loan processes, she kept me in the loop of what was going on at all times, letting me know when rates locked, when funding was going to happen, etc. She made the process very simple and easy both times. I was able to send most of the paperwork over their secured network, so I could send documents whenever was convenient for me, which is perfect because I do not work normal hours. After the process she even left a little gift on my porch! I definitely would recommend her 100 times over for any of your mortgage needs! Thanks Margaret!!

He was very easy to communicate with and he was always keeping us abreast in every phase. He returns phone calls and emails promptly, which in our opinion, should garner above a five star rating. We came here at the beginning of our first time home buying process, we had no trouble getting pre-approved for our first loan. A few months later we had updated (higher) income, we resubmitted paperwork proving income and received a higher pre-approval letter. Whenever we had questions about our FHA loan or FHA approval on a particular property Dan couldn't answer them, and was not inclined to find out the answers. After months of searching we finally got into contract on a home, now that we were in contract Dan was seemingly more interested in helping us..however even though the home we were in contract on was significantly under our pre-approval budget in fact significantly less than our original pre-approved budget they were unable to back up their pre-approval offer and provide us a loan. We have good credit, our income was verified, we met all the qualifications for the loan, nothing had changed and yet here we are in contract and we are declined..We immediately contacted another lender who told us both Wells Fargo and BofA are infamous for issuing pre-approvals and then not backing them up with a loan and that they end up with these applications all the time and see them funded. The bright end to our story, is we got our loan, and we got our house..but no thanks to Wells Fargo. Save yourself the time, the headaches, the stress, the heartache, and the hard credit pulls and don't go to Wells Fargo! I recommend Zack Cooper at RPM!
