WOOP WOOP for drive-up ATMs in all my unabashed and shameless laziness. But actually, I got pulled out of the line by the manager and got directed to a banker since I was waiting in the wrong line. I really like how the manager went around to each person in the line and greeted them, asked them how they were, what they needed help with, and if they needed anything like water or tea or whatever. I've never seen that in any business, let alone a bank so I really liked that. I got directed to a banker named Sergio and honestly he was so nice! Everyone there is so welcoming and it feels like they genuinely enjoy exchanges pleasantries and keeping up a conversation while helping you get your business done. I previously was with Union Bank but I switched banks because my previous banker was moving to a farther location. I feel like you should trust and like your banker, because after all they're holding all your money for you! I completely trust Sergio because he is a down to earth person and he made EVERYTHING so easy to understand. He walked me through the entire process of owning a card, depositing money, ordering a new card, etc. Everything was so extremely thorough, I feel like I could totally be bank agent now too In my opinion I like coming here. There is a lot of people who are here all day long but there's a lot of parking and nice employees, you won't mind the wait. Also another note, if you act like asshole (as I've seen quite often here) expect to be treated like one. You gotta wait in line like everyone else, you shouldn't have any complaints!

Had nothing even to do with us opening this account I thought it was part of the process.It was supposed to be a celebration for him instead I felt humiliated. I put ALL cash in.. I get wanting answers. At 11:15 when I got to the window to get a same day debit card replacement, I was tuned away because it might be after closing before they finished. I was told on the phone to go to this branch and get a card. The teller told me to go to Antioch because they have more people. I said, "what if they can't help me before closing?" And he replied, " if you get there before noon they have to help you." Excuse me? I'm here before noon and you won't help me. He said the banker was busy and it would be after closing time before she could help me again. I went to Antioch where there was also 1 teller and 1 banker working. The nice teller told me to have a seat and the banker would help me as soon as she could. It took about 7 minutes for her to finish up with a customer and she called me over. When I told her what happened in Pittsburg she shook her head. She had also been busy all day and they have the same number of people on Saturday. She had a new card to me in less ham 10 minutes. She was thorough in making sure I had proper ID before giving me a card, which I appreciated since I was there to replace one used fraudulently. The teller at Pittsburg was just worried about not getting out right at noon. But he was willing to make others work extra. I get being overworked but this was ridiculous. Trying to make another branch do your work. The stars are only because driving further did get me a card.

The transaction went smoothly and the teller was very helpful and friendly. We were able to finish our transaction within a matter of minutes, which was definitely much appreciated so that I could still have time for my lunch break. And parking at this location was very easy as this branch of Chase is located in the Clayton Valley Shopping Center, so yes, parking space is not an issue at all here and it's plenty. And Chase is kinda to the side of the shopping center so in this area parking lot is typically even more available :) I will definitely go to this branch again if I need to go visit Chase next time.

They were only two tellers available to serve Macy's book crowded customers a lack of staff meant that transactions moved at snail paste causing further delays. This review is for the whole of Bank of America as well as the Antioch location…read more I received a letter from the State's Controller's Office informing me that BofA has reported to them the Bank has been unable to reach me to inform me they have a balance greater than $100 with property type being a Customer Overpayment. I spent 3 hours on the phone system talking to 5 different people that could not help so I went o the Antioch Bank of America Branch. The teller could not assist me so she went to get the manager who could not be bothered to speak with me. The State's letter says I need to contact Bank of America before June 1 2025 to collect the money before BofA transfers the funds to the State at which time I will need to file through them to collect the money. It appears Bank of America would rather hold on to the money until they have no choice but turn it over to the SCO instead of dealing with me. This customer service is the reason I closed checking, savings, CD and Merrill Lynch accounts of over $250,000 dollars at the beginning of 2023. This is probably where my balance came from and BofA refuses to provide assistance either on the phone or in the branch office!
