The cleaning was sub-par, but the worst part was the unnecessary treatments they prescribed. Dr. S. said I had several cavities; two on one side of my mouth that they could take care of immediately, which they did, and two more would need to be scheduled for later as they required more extensive preparation, one being underneath an existing crown on my front tooth. The remaining work would have been $1500. I decided to get another opinion. The other dental group that I went to thoroughly examined my teeth with various x rays and scans and determined that I actually had no cavities and was not in need of a crown. The two cavities that Dr. S filled that one day probably didn't need to be done either. Would not trust or recommend this group at all. read more

The Dentist Was unable to pull my tooth he said I needed to go to a surgical dental due to high blood pressure. I went to a surgical dental and had the tooth extracted. I returned to him to install my flipper The flipper did not fit . I returned three times still no flipper I now have to go to another dental office and pay out-of-pocket to get a partial/flipper. I was told the Manger call me to discuss Reverse in the charges to my dental insurance. I have not received a call from the manager yet when I called the office I am unable to speak with anyone about the situation. read more

Dr. Aicha Lyazidi is simply amazing. I needed major dental work done and after a life long phobia of dentists it feels great to have one I am happy to return to. She is knowledgable and thorough, she made my teeth look amazing and it's clear that she cares about her patients and the patient experience, taking the time to explain what she was doing and the best program of care for you. Her staff is multilingual, speaking fluent French, Arabic, Farsi and Spanish. And she is amazing with little kids. My boyfriend had an appointment scheduled to have his wisdom teeth removed. They called two hours before the appointment and said that he couldn't come in, that the dentist had a "personal emergency". Mind you, we both took off work for this appointment and he is in a lot of pain. They did not provide a referral or any assistance whatsoever, and actually laughed at him on the phone. This place was horrible! The dentist that saw me was extremely unprofessional. He had attitude with me and I did nothing to warrant his misconduct. Then, instead of listening to my concerns about my teeth he ignored me and started talking about what he thinks should be done instead. I went to this dental practice based on a referral. I need to find a new dentist in the area so I gave them a try. The front desk service was very nice and prompt. No problem there. What I do have a problem is their overall business practice. As a new patient, I wanted to get my teeth cleaned and have the dentist diagnose me for any potential issues. My dentist is so concerned with giving me a crap load of unnecessary x rays but failed to really diagnose my teeth. The only two problems that she identified were the ones that I told her about. At least sit down and give me a first time assessment for example plaque control, gingivitis, cavities, flossing, etc. The usual assessment a typical dentist would tell a new patient. None of that. All my dentist did was clean my teeth real quick and ask me to take a load of x rays so she can bill me for it. Here's a tip for patients - x rays are not mandatory on visits. A dentist should do an initial investigation of your mouth and then suggest further x rays for deeper analysis. If they just say we want to take x rays as part of our procedure, that's just trying to milk $$$ out of patients and insurance. It's all about the $$$ and not about the patient. Not cool. read more

I have gone to this practice several times and I've been happy both times. I tried a fancier dentist but she had no bedside manner so I returned to this location. Dr Aicha is so friendly and knowledgeable. She did my root canal and was gentle and calm the entire time. She is thorough and I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but she calms any fear you might have. She is finishing my root canal next weekend and most dentist don't do late hours or weekends but they do. They don't push unnecessary treatments on you either. The pricing is about 300 dollars less than the other fancier dentist wanted to charge me. The office is a tad less nice but I rather have lower prices and friendlier service. read more
