They of course took a series of x-rays to determine the extent of the dental treatment I needed. It is overwhelming at first to hear that I needed two teeth extracted and six unit Bridge to replace those missing teeth, giving my mouth the stability it needed not to mention to be able to smile without feeling embarrassed. What put me at ease was the manner in which Dr. Cavallo explained exactly what needed to be done so that I had a complete understanding of what it would take to bring my mouth to a healthy state again. I placed my trust in Dr. Cavallo's years of education & experience & it was one of the best decisions I've made. I am happy to say that still a few year's later my Bridge is strong and my gums are healthy. I have received many compliments. I asked whether I had reached a call center or the office directly and was informed that I was speaking with the office. I explained that this was my second time experiencing the same interaction. I was then told that during my initial call, my information was likely not documented, which was quite concerning. I requested to speak with a manager. Shortly after, the same staff member returned to the line and stated that my insurance was, in fact, accepted--an answer that only came after I requested escalation. I reiterated my request to speak with a manager, at which point Carla identified herself as the manager. Carla attributed the initial issue to a call center, but when I pointed out that I received the same response during my follow-up call, she explained that the staff member was new. Unfortunately, Carla did not demonstrate a sense of accountability or urgency regarding the situation. Her response conveyed that this experience was not a significant concern, which was disappointing and did not reflect a high standard of customer service. Overall, this experience left me with little confidence in the organization's communication and administrative processes.
