I always had bought cheap Van's sneakers growing up so when I said I wanted some really comfortable shoes to wear every day and sometimes hiking I was hesitant when the shoes were so expensive. There's so many good deals but they do add up when all together. There were a few items I got that I ended up not wanting, I always keep sticker price tags and such just in case, thank goodness I did because they wouldn't have had the product bar code to scan for a return if I threw those out. Well for these few items I didn't want, the Burlington next to my residence where I purchased them from on William Cannon wouldn't process my return. And they didn't say my items were final sale when I purchased them. Big no no. They did suggest trying a different Burlington for the return because they said they may have a different policy and might accept it. I thought that was strange since I made the purchase there and the cashier didn't say final sale when I purchased so they should have honored my return, well nonetheless I went to Brodie per their suggestion and when arriving at Brodie they also said they couldn't process the return on my items because of what my items were and that they always make sure to say such items are final sale to the customer at check out so that the customer knows and that the Burlington I purchased my items from should have done that at checkout and since they didn't they should honor my return. Well I decided I'd try one last location before heading back to my closer store over discrepancy that they didn't clarify final sale at checkout. Well I arrive more North at the Burlington in Capital Plaza. I arrive with my few items and stated I needed to return them, without hesitation this location processed my return and very quickly at that. They also had very good customer service. Like I said I've spent hundreds here but I had just a few items that ended up not being for me. They were new still in the box and had the price sticker attached. This Burlington was so quick to accommodate me and process what I needed. This is the location that should be praised for good customer service. If you have something that you happen to have to take back, just make sure it's new and unused and that you still have the price sticker for them to be able to process it. The Burlington I made my most purchases from in the past near my residence will no longer get my business for not making right with not establishing final sale clarification at checkout and not processing a small return I needed after having so much else I purchased from there. This is the Burlington that will get my business from now on even if I have to drive a little further. Their customer service is the best out of all the locations. Go to this Burlington if you want better security with your purchases and better customer service.

The location is Round Rock is extremely new and functions like their pop-up locations. There is a ton of deals on great clothes at markdowns that you cannot scoff at. I left with a pair of shorts for myself and a top for my girlfriend that she wanted at less than $100 which is rare for lululemon products. Since the place had just opened it was absolutely packed to the brim and the line almost wrapped around the store. It felt like I was fighting with people to look at merchandise because they would hog up areas. I think it's just a kink with the store just opening. It's cool to have a place like this nearby because I think a true lululemon (not an outlet) would be extremely successful in Round Rock because so many people in Hutto, Georgetown, and Round Rock would go to it vs having to drive into Austin for their athletica.
