We visited the suit shop the very week that it opened to get my fiancé a suit for our wedding next year. Todd was the best customer service I could ask for and fun and made the process easy for us. They have a ton of beautiful fabrics to choose from and lots of options that they take you through one by one. We got a fully customized suit for around $600! They really took the time to measure and ensure that we were getting what we wanted before putting in our order. The discount code was added to our order without even having to ask. As of now we cannot ask for a better experience. I will give an update when the suit comes in. read more

I don't understand how my experience can be so contrary to the others here. I had a wedding recently and needed to get refit for a couple of suits. (I used to be a potbellied weirdo, but now I'm just a regular bellied weirdo). The fit session took about an hour and was as thorough as my fitting in Italy when I bought a custom suit in 2007. They measure just about every dimension, plug it into their cloud-based profile. Then you pick your fabric weight, color, pattern, pant cuff, lapel, button and vent style. They send your choices off to their factory and a few weeks later the suits arrive at your house. The awesome thing is if you ever want more suits in the future, you just give them whatever different fabric and other selections, and they can quickly have another different suit made with your existing measurements already in the system. So far I've got 6 suits from them and am quite satisfied. read more

Went in for a fitting, suit came in way off, like multiple sizes off from what they measured. Employees were confused as well. How did this happen? A mystery right? Well, be prepared for a lot of fun mysteries with Indochino. They have a HORRIBLE system with zero accountability and you are guaranteed to have issues. What terrible customer service and people skills. The respect from the staff is non-existent. The first time my boyfriend and I visited this store, the staff was extremely blunt, rude, and acted as if they couldn't be bothered to help us all because we didn't have an appointment. As a suggestion, don't even walk into the store if you don't have an appointment. After being very rudely treated we decided to give it a second try and booked an appointment online using the "I need a suit, shirt(s), or outerwear" appointment option. We showed up today and were unfortunately turned away by Todd. Why? Because apparently weekend appointments are ONLY for suits. Not what the online booking said. If you want a measurement or to buy anything at all from the company, which my boyfriend told the sales rep he was planning to do during the appointment, they will refuse to help you. Such a ridiculous, bureaucratic mess, that honestly feels like a power trip. Save yourself the time and book with a competitor who will treat your money and time with respect. read more

First custom suit I bought and "custom fit" is terrible, way to tight and short like other comments have mentioned. Rental suits I've got in the past have had MUCH better fits. They require you to reach out to them within 10 days of receiving the suit to get fit issues addressed. I reached out to them after 30 days (admittedly very late) because I had been traveling, and they weren't willing to help at all and blamed me for being late. Would give one star because the suit and customer service is terrible, gave two starts just because I did not reach out within their 10 day policy. read more

Their insistence to die on their policies has lost them a customer. Before I went out of town and everything shut down, I'd picked up a tie and cuff links for a wedding that ended up being canceled. After things started reopening, I asked if I could return the items (that are still in original packaging) for store credit since I was planning on purchasing a few jackets and shirts, but they cited store policy and refused to budge. I totally understand not allowing refunds on custom items, but for a non-custom stocked item, this strict adherence to a policy is just shortsighted and foolish. Update (5/27): Kathleen from the Resolution team was very sorry. Doesn't seem like much of a resolution. Apparently this company is all about apologizing, but not actually fostering relationships. Update (8/13): After a bit of back and forth they agreed to provide a credit. I sent in the items, but only found out that the credit was issued when I was reached out to see if I'd update my review to reflect the outcome ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I've since ordered a new suit and it came out well and fit (and showed up on time). Given the initial back and forth and headaches, I can't say "Yay! I'm a fan", but things were OK. This place will never get my business again. None of my friends will. Arrogance and attitude. They screwed up three of my suits. Each one is so tight and they argue that it is the right fit. Customization is total BS. They don't listen especially that guy who works there. Don't ever try for wedding purposes. If they screw up they take forever to alter it. What a waste of money and time. Got fitted by Todd for a suit and vest for a wedding. Two weeks later, the suit fit fine, but the vest was very short. About 3 inches too short. Went back in and Todd had it remade. Another two weeks later, got the remade vest and it's the exact same size as the first one. About 3 inches too short. Wedding is a week away at this point, so I can't wait for another remake. Called Todd and he said he'd issue a refund for the vest. That was on Dec 27th. It's now Feb 2, and I haven't gotten my money back. I've had to call Todd twice, and he just says it's "processing". Nothing on my online account says that a refund has been submitted, only the remake. Maybe this review will help get some results. EDIT: Finally got an email as a response to this review. There had been some sort of error on their part in refunding my money. They apologized and a few days later I got the money back on my card. My son wanted a custom suit for his wedding. I agreed to purchase it for him. He had found Indochino on line and made appointments for fitting. Due to COVID conditions only one person was able to attend with him so I got to go. We were both excited to experience this together. Initially, we were greeted by a seamstress and then walked through the process. It was amazing the details of a suit I had not expected to have to decide on. Once all the details were written, the time came for the fitting. My son was given a suit roughly his size to put on. The seamstress then began the process of customizing it to his build. During the process I had some concerns. I brought up the fact that the pants seems too tight and short. Also the sleeves of the jacket were to short. I was told by the seamstress that this is the style of pants today and that the sleeves were that length to accommodate a shirt with cuff links. This explanation, although not feeling right, was accepted. She was the expert right? Coming down to the last items to decide on was the shirt. Collar and cuffs with chosen. I also wanted it to be special and have his initials monogrammed. Before we finished, all our decisions were double checked. I noticed that his initials on the monogramming did not look right, I was told that it is how it is submitted and not to worry it would be done correctly on the sleeve. Confident with our order we left and waited as patiently as possible for the finished product to arrive. The suit arrived within four weeks. I was excited to see it but since I lived out of town it would be a couple more weeks until I could visit my son and see the suit on him. He didn't take it out of the package until I arrived. Then the big reveal. What a disappointment. Unless I was expecting Alfalfa or PeeWee Herman to come out of the room....which is exactly what I saw. The pants were too tight and much shorter than needed to fit with shoes. The sleeves of the jacket came above the entire cuff of the shirt. The suit was basically one, maybe even two, sizes too small. And since we had waited to try it on the 10 day return time had passed. Oh and the monogramming of the shirt sleeve.....wrong! So now my son must either wear a suit which looks absolutely ridiculous to his wedding, or we must get a store bought one after all. We are both so absolutely disappointed and embarrassed for this company. I would caution anyone who uses them to be very careful of your purchase. Very surprised based on all the reviews I read about Indochino. I expected to make some alterations but the woman who measured me was right on point. When my suit arrived I was expecting to take it back but everything came out text-book fit. I wish I got her name but she was more picky than me when it came to my fitting and I'm glad she was! Everything fit so well. The suit quality is hand-made but there are some rough edges. I found numerous loose strands throughout and a little concerned those points will come apart in the future. Only time will tell. I would say the quality of the suit I got was a notch below Bonobos quality down the street, but its hard to beat the made-to-measure fit. The fit just makes me look so good the quality doesn't need to match if I only wear this to the 1 wedding I need to go to this year. read more

Anthony and everyone took great care of me at the store. The jackets feel great and get compliments frequently. Their customer service and alteration repayment process worked out great to tweak the jackets after a self-measure (vs. professional tailor) before they were in town. I liked the idea of this place and decided to try it out. The clerk that measured me told me that if my suit did not fit, I was welcome to take it back for an alteration at any time. I found this reassuring so I ordered a "custom" suit online. The suit I received was pretty much a little boys suit and an abomination of the term "made to measure". The sleeves were several inches too short and the chest was so narrow I could barely get it on. So, naturally, I took it in for alteration. Several weeks later, they finish the alteration but I wanted to wait until my dress shirt comes in before making a decision on whether to have the jacket altered again or not. Another six weeks later my dress shirt comes in and my suit does not fit. I took it in for the alteration as initially promised and they refused. I was told that I would have to pay an independent tailor to get my suit fixed. The sales clerk was bordering on rude, the manager was professional but completely unhelpful nonetheless. So, 4 months and $600 later, I have a pair of pants and a dress shirt with an unwearable jacket. The misinformation and laughably inaccurate measurements on my initial visit are inexcusable for this business model. I have contacted corporate and they are in the process of making things right. This 1-star review is for the Austin Showroom specifically, not necessarily Indochino as a company. The jury is still out on that. read more

Ordering in the store was easy and very customizable. It took about 4 weeks to get the suit and then any online post sale support was non existent which was frustrating for a wedding party. The jacket and shirt for snug but still aren't perfect and the pants are still about 2 inches too big in the waist even after alterations. I had a fabulous fitting season on 9/27 and eagerly awaited my suit. I got notice it had shipped 10/18. Then again that it had passed customs 10/24. It is now 10/29 and it is still sitting in a warehouse in Cleveland. I contacted the shipping company, DHL, and they said they were never instructed to pick it up even though a tracking number had been created. They instructed me to contact Indochino. I did through their website but unfortunately they don't currently have phone lines so I sent a message. I didn't hear back so I contacted the store who acted like my request was crazy. I contacted the company through the website again and still have not received a response. At least DHL talked to me and is attempting to help. I have a wedding to go to in 8 days and have no idea if my suit will arrive by then as no one seems to care at Indochino. It is very stressful. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. Once they get their money, they don't seem to care. I would cancel the order immediately except it's a custom suit and there is a no return policy. I feel alone in the desert here just trying to get the order I was promised in a timely fashion. I do NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. It doesn't matter how good the initial service is if they company can't deliver the product as promised...especially with such a simple request as get the item shipped from the holding center in Cleveland. read more

I bought a suit with vest and a custom fitted shirt. Shirt was a disaster. Sleeves were totally wrong and chest fit was too tight. They then made it over and the collar was to tight to button and came above my Adam's apple, and the shoulders were both very different, with the seam on one coming toward the front and on the other going toward the back. Total fail. Finally got them to give me a credit. The waist on the suit pants was cut wrong and the length and hem of the pants legs was wrong. Took two times to get this altered correctly. Todd helped me out and the experience couldn't have been better. I was looking at men's warehouse but did not come out too happy from there. I cannot wait for my suit to come in. My measurements tend to be challenging so, a tailored suit was the way to go for me. The customization is insanely good and fun. Moving forward, my go to place for suits will be Indochino with Todd. Avoid at all costs. I will start with the red flags up front. This company does not offer refunds. I figured that this would not be a big deal but I was wrong. The customer service is also lacking. The store managers, Raven Anderson and Todd, are of little help. There is not a phone number you can call but must use email. It often takes 24+ for an email response. I placed an order 7 weeks before an event I had scheduled and received my suit 4 weeks later. The suit I received was laughably large. I called and spoke to Raven who told me to come in for a fit evaluation. I made fit appointment for alterations and was told my suit would be ready 1 week later. 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment I received a call from Todd saying that my suit was not ready and I had to wait another 4 hours. This was after I had driven from out of town. He had no response when I asked why I was not notified sooner. After waiting around 4 hours I was given my suit which fit poorly. I explained to Todd the further alterations needed and as told that they could not be done. This was because the suit was made way too big to begin with. Todd explained to me that the suits are made big to begin with to allow for alterations. However, this defeats the purpose of indochinos online MTM suit model. I was told that I would then have to deal with Indochino customer service further and I am still waiting for a response. I am left with an unwearable suit and many hours of wasted time. read more

Stacey the Manager helped my him last time and she helped me today to get my measurements, and gave me ideas about what fabric type and customizations I might like. AWFUL experience. I regret ordering with this company. My partner and I had a horrible treatment by the manager named Todd, if that is his real name, skinny, bold Caucasian male. I have never ever been treated so badly, and that's saying a lot. He was mean, insulted me, and raised his voice, to the point that when I responded he was laughing sarcastically knowing that there was nothing I could do after spending more than 400.00 for a suit. The whole wedding party ordered from there and it's regretful and very disappointing. even his worker apologized to us and gave the manager's supervisor's email address. To this day, I haven't received a response nor a partial reimbursement that they mentioned on the web and my phone. Horrible attitude. Very sad that such a special moment was tainted by the manager's horrible customer service. I recommend you to go somewhere else if you like to be treated fairly and with dignity. This is the biggest surprise for clothing I have ever seen ! I have had custom suits and clothes made before . But the pricing here is way under what I previously paid . Received my 2 suits , dress shirts and slacks from this company and they FIT like a glove ! I will give you a tip . Take your wife / girlfriend or friend to watch the fitting . My wife knows how I like my clothes . She saw a few measurements they took and stepped in to advise that I needed more room in calf area . And a little tighter in rear area. You can't really see this your self . Delivery was fast , less than 3 weeks . VERY happy with the quality . If I could give them more than 5 stars I would ! I was really excited about the prospect of tailored clothes. I often have difficulty finding pants that fit me right. Unfortunately dealing with Indochino is annoying unless you live very close to a store, or at least this was the case for me. It started with getting a fitting that I knew was getting messed up. The person taking my measurements was inexperienced, seemed rushed, and whenever I asked for tips on styling and fit she didn't have anything constructive to offer...just a "whatever you think." So of course when I finally got my pants delivered they fit as well as a random pair of slacks i grabbed off the rack at goodwill. They were baggy and not at all like we had discussed when I was getting measured. So then I needed to go back to the store (annoying when you don't live very close) and have them assess the damage. They seemed to do a good job the second time around as the person who helped me knew what she was doing. But when you get adjustments, they don't mail you the pants after they are done. So now I need to go back to pick them up. So in total I have made 3 trips to Indochino (about 2.5 hours of driving) for a single pair of 90 dollar pants. And if they stink again, I can't get a refund, I just need to have them fix it...again, and then make the drive...again. Do yourself a favor, find a store that you feel comfortable with the sizing and don't fall into the alluring trap of 'tailored clothes.' read more
