Good experience shopping here. My husband had been wanting to try others shirts for work. Store was stocked well and we even got to sip on some whiskey as we shopped. Lucky for us it was no tax weekend plus UnTuckit was having a sale. Out the door he paid $69 bucks for a really nice shirt that he never has to iron. Alex helped us through all our questions and made some good suggestions. Alex he looked where the Chicago location was for future purchases. He was very instrumental in sizing my husband so that he knew the right size depending on the cut. This store is located in Domain and I love this shopping area. If you like the UNTUCKIT style, great service, and many fit options then this is the store for you. I arrived here midweek midday and I had the store to myself. I was greeted by a knowledgeable but not pushy Rep. After listening to my preferences I was presented with several options and selected two. Yes, their shirts are expensive but I love the quality and custom fit. Be sure to keep an eye out for their sales. Bonus alert: Be sure to have a Comped bourbon before leaving. read more

I keep seeing the ads, so since I was near the store I decided to see if there was anything to it. The styles - if you can call it "style" - are lame. I don't consider the clothes stylish at all. It's all obviously a gimmick. Was there really an issue with wearing normal shirts untucked? No. This was a solution in search of a problem. They don't fit well, the shirts are cut oddly. It's just cheap, unstylish clothing designed to be too short. I don't get it. I left without buying anything and I won't be back. Lame clothes, indifferent staff. (even the staff seemed unimpressed with their own invenstory.) Just lame. read more

My husband hates shopping and I hate buying him clothes because he either doesn't like them or they don't fit properly. I finally convinced him to check out UNTUCKit. I had done my research before coming here and knew he probably would enjoy the relaxed fit shirts the best. Upon entering we were immediately help. The sales employee gave my husband a regular shirt and relaxed fit shirt to try on. While my husband was changing, I was offered water and whiskey tasting. What?!? That is freakin amazing. They also have couches for your significant other to relax for a few minutes. The store didn't have a lot of relax fit shirts but what was available in my husband's size was shown to us so we can make a decision. Three shirts and a polo later we checked out. Since both of us are veterans, we scored 25% discount. Overall a great store and some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. read more

These guys are the ATeam! This is a late review but Yelp reminded me to write a review and sang it, they deserve it.. My hubby hubs and I walked into this joint while strolling in the Domain on date night... my husband was in desperate need of a shirt and slacks for a wedding the next day.. my shopping wasn't up to par, saggy butt and right chest... We walked in and were greeted friendly and helped right away. Hubby hates shopping but before I knew it he was in the dressing room trying on a shirt for size while I was offered whiskey while I waited! Whoop! Winning! The guys were so great asking about what we were shopping for... offering advice and tips and gave my hubby a card with his size on it for future purchases. We truly enjoyed our visit and didn't feel pressured at all. We left empty handed due to them not having a certain color of shirt in hubby's size I was looking for to match my dress but we will be back. Great crew. Very friendly staff at the store. My husband and I walked in and were greeted by Alan. This was not our first time in an UNTUCKit store but our first time in the Austin store. Alan knew exactly what size my husband was in shirts and helped him feel confident in his previous shirt purchase from another location. They even have a small women's selection at this store and I found myself a shirt. I would highly recommend going in and trying on their shirts. read more

My husband has been saying he wants to go to UNTUCKIT for months. He hates shopping as much as tucking in his shirt. Today when I picked him up at AUS airport and said f@@k it let's got to UNTUCKit in the domain. We were greeted by Jess and she explained they have 3fits and everything is easy once you are fitted. After the fitting, his hate for shopping, turned to love!!! My UNTUCKit experience was phenomenal. Alan and Liz are great! I've been planning on visiting the Domain store for a few weeks now after a coworker told me they had a location there. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Jess, I believe. She asked if I had been there before. I said it was my first. She then informed me on how it all works. Get fitted and just pick out some shirts! Jess was leaving but made sure people knew I was there. Alan took over and began the fitting process. Liz was providing input and I felt like I was being helped by a dynamic duo. Alan zeroed in on my size: XL SLIM Performance. A stretchy material that allows me the fitted slim cut. I walked out with a shirt knowing I'd go back soon to see if they had a new one that was out of stock. I got in my car, drove off and 30 seconds later went right back to order the other shirt. Liz stopped what she was doing and got right to it. I highly recommend the Domain UNTUCKit experience. They've got it down. Alan and Liz were professional, fun and truly engaged. Cool store! Their prick line is quite diverse and they will let you try on a shirt to get the right sizing. I was racially profiled at this location, and I don't make this claim lightly. An employee followed me constantly while I was browsing, which she did not do to any of the other customers...I ended up leaving because I couldn't touch anything without being heavily watched. I intended on buying several shirts for work, but I'll take my $$$ elsewhere. Perhaps if the girl knew how much money I make in a year she would have been less discriminatory. This is abhorrent behavior for 2017... Corporate will be hearing about it. read more

I went in to buy 2 dress shirts and left with 4 dress and 7 tee shirts. Alan was very helpful sizing and helping me understand what looked good. If he hadn't been there I would have bought something way too big. He didn't make me feel like the fashion idiot I am. Bad customer service. Went to UNTUCKit to buy a gift for my husband. The sales person was condescending and showed signs of ageism. Saying things like "it's in really small print under the size," when I was trying to see if it was a regular or slim so that I could help him find one on the rack since they did not have one in the back. If this was the exact shirt my husband wanted and was not out of stock on line, I would have just left. Very disappointing! read more

I love this place. My boss' birthday was last week and he can't stop talking about these shirts. What better birthday gift, right? I went in thinking they'd have him on file. Wrong. I was hesitant on paying close to a $100 for a shirt but it was for my wedding so it made it worth it. After being helped by Jess, I ended up buying another shirt because it was so comfy. Jess took the time to fit me personally, have me at least 5 shirts to keep trying on, and was the nicest person to deal with. Actually all the store employees were very nice. Long story short, the return wasn't processed correctly, BUT upon a return trip to the store, Alan exceeded all customer service expectations. my fiancé liked a grey long sleeve shirt, but they made him try on a completely different shirt....? It was the ONLY shirt they let you try on in the ENTIRE store. Disgusting, how many men try on that shirt every day? It made absolutely no sense and we were not met with eagerness to help. Our salesperson was a bigger lady with long red hair who was showing an inappropriate amount of cleavage and she completely disappeared. My fiancé briefly spoke to the manager who acted like he couldn't get rid of us fast enough. I've never been so relieved to leave a store--We are sticking with STAG provisions if we want to spend a good chunk of money for quality men's clothes.
