A great place to pamper yourself. My sister was in town so we decided to get pedicures. Definitely call ahead, because there have been times I've called and couldn't get appointments when I wanted them. I think if you're a week out it's pretty safe, but since we were a couple days out we couldn't get appointments at 1 p.m. and had to go with 11 a.m. instead. Since we were 11 a.m. I had a busy morning and rushed out without coffee. I asked if they had coffee and they do, but it's powder from a package. Therefore, it is already sweetened with creamer and sugar. It was a little too sweet for me, so next time I know I need to bring my coffee. I really enjoy the decor of the place, it has a lot of glitter (which I love) and tons of greys and blue. They really like this dog training show and play it on the TV. It's a random thing to notice, but I miss when they played the home improvement shows. However, since I was there with my sister we were busy chatting instead. Their no frills pedicure (which is still great) is $33, which I think is a great deal. I feel like my feet were pampered and I have a new color that stays on pretty long. Overall I really like this place and I'll keep coming back for pedicures. If you have an appointment they are pretty on the ball about making sure they see you on time. read more

Deciding last minute to get a gel manicure on a Friday morning, I called up Tre Nail Lounge, and they had no trouble fitting me in. Parking was easy because the salon in an office park. When I arrived, there was only one other client in the place. The salon is bright, clean, and cheery, with gorgeous chandeliers throughout. One side is the nail salon, and the other side is the spa side. Partitions were set up at each nail station to separate client from technician, and everyone wore a mask. Hannah got right to work and she did an excellent job. She was very friendly and chatty, which I appreciate since essentially getting your nails done is boring. When I didn't love the color I chose, she quickly came up with suggestions, and my color was swapped in no time. I love that they use sealed, sterilized implements, so I didn't have to worry about the instruments being clean and safe. The only negative about this salon is that it is much more expensive than I'm used to paying. A gel manicure, with tip, and with specialty chrome accent nails that cost extra, is usually around $36-$38 at my regular place. The cost here, with tip, doing the same exact thing, was $59, though fortunately the first visit was $10 off with Yelp Check in. So - did I feel that it was a $20 better manicure than I usually get? Nope, not really, although I did enjoy myself, and I'm happy with how my nails came out. read more

If you're looking for a nail place with a serene, quiet yet elegant feel with top of the notch service then this is your place. I have no complaints whatsoever. I called ahead to make an appointment and was able to get one same day. It was not busy which I was happy about. I just wanted a really tranquil experience without all the noise and people on Saturday. Upon walking in they checked my temperature and then asked me to wash my hands. I was really impressed with how serious they are taking precautions due to Covid. Michelle was the young lady that worked a miracle on my feet and did an amazing job on my nails. Let's talk price- I'm sure you're all wanting me to confirm these steep prices. Lol. Yes they are pricey however it depends on the services YOU choose. I had to gel polish removed from my toes and dip removed from my nails. I also got my eyebrows waxed. I went for the $70 pedi package which was amazing. I am staying in Florida for 2 months (for work) and was very nervous about finding a nail salon that would be just as great as the one back home. After poring through Yelp reviews I found Tre Nail Lounge and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. I came in with my 7 month old (it's just the 2 of us for a couple of weeks until my husband arrives) and they handled everything so beautifully. My dip service was perfect, the staff were wonderful and they even helped entertain my little one who was all smiles the whole way through. Aside from the service being wonderful, the lounge was spotless and incredibly professional. The complimentary water (they had other drinks as well) and mints/chocolates was also very thoughtful and welcome to a mama on the go. After my normal nail tech quit at a different salon, I did some research and found this beautiful gem. I called and made an appointment very quickly- I thought this would be the start to a great pampering day. When walking in, you are blown away by how beautiful and clean it is. The pedicure chairs were next level! Michelle did my pedicure and it was amazing! Prices are comparable to other salons in that department. When I called ahead, I was told they did not do acrylic but something called Build a nail, which is similar but without chemicals. I asked for a new set because my nails from a prior salon, had them too think and each nail was misshapen. In my experience, it's better to start fresh vs. trying to "fix" something. Tina, I believe her name was, assured me she could fix the work based off a picture I showed her. It's my first time here and everyone raved about her work so I went with it. During the process I got nervous and the end product was much thinner but nothing like I wanted. I didn't say anything because I from the beginning said I wanted a new set and was denied so why bother to say anything. They didn't listen to my needs. Leaving upset, I did more research and went to another salon who gave me a new set because they were honest to say they couldn't fix all the misshapen nails. If I came in with acrylic, why not just provide a new base for the build a nail to go on? So with countless money spent that day, I would not go back. They do wonderful pedicures and natural nails but there are no other reviews about the build a nail so I should have not tried. Out of $55- lesson learned. read more

With COVID they are checking temps and having clients wash their hands. The salon is stunning and clean. The smells today were amazing. Salons usually have a smell that isn't great. Not this place. The pedicure chairs are a booth and still have massage option plus they offer heat wrap for your shoulders. Yes please. I got the Tre's Ultimate Pedicure w/Hot Stone & Collagen Socks. I also got the Tre's Deluxe Manicure. ( from their site - Include our FULL SIGNATURE MANICURE, followed by our aromatherapy sugar scrub. Nourish your skin with our organic cucumber lotion massage. Finish with a soothing warm towel. A pair of collagen gloves will be given as complimentary that can be done at the seat or to take home. Apply Polish or high-shine-buff) The sugar scrub smell was awesome. The collagen gloves were great. And hands down the best manicure I have ever gotten. Seriously. Effort and care was put in to it. I was asked if I wanted gel and I didn't but never felted pressured. The color selection was large and they have the sets where the gel and dip and regular polish match with is super impressive to me because I do like to get dip or gel once in a while and matching my toe polish is always difficult. I just moved to the area and, of course, while unpacking boxes I broke a nail (freaking ouch) and I needed to find a place nearby to get sorted. Tre Nail is just 5 minutes from my house which is sooo nice. First off, this place is gorgeous and very luxe feeling when you walk in. It's a soothing palette of colors and the fixtures are very classy looking. I got the signature mani with gel and the signature pedi, though I paid extra for the callous removal and for one gem on each of my ring fingers, total with tip was $110. Apparently they don't like doing regular pedicures. I just had my appt cancelled with no notification. When I showed up the manager's reasoning is that I need to find a new nail salon that works with my schedule since I rescheduled too many times. I am banned. Canceled by a nail salon. LOL. Yes, in the past I had to reschedule two appointments. I get that it may be inconvenient, but life happens. Such as when I had my 2pm afternoon appointments rescheduled by them on their end several times when I first started going here, which is why I switched to morning appointments. Apparently it's ok when they do it, just not when customers do. What I really think is going on is that they don't make enough money on basic pedicures and don't really like doing them here. If that's your thing, this isn't your place. The last time I was in, my nail tech seemed different and upset and asked several times why I don't get gel nails. (I just prefer to change up the color sooner.) She was also complaining about another customer who had changed an appointment and ruined her day. (Foreshadowing.) Actually, I wonder if they had me confused with another customer, since they said they sent me a text letting me know about banning me, and I showed the manager there was no other text except for a confirmation of my appt today. Too bad, but there are other nail salons that don't ban customers for calling to reschedule an appointment. So weird. ***Edited in response to owner's comment*** This is hilarious. Imagine being a business who turns customers away at the door and then argues with them on Yelp. Petty to say the least, but now we see your true colors. Let's clarify the difference between rescheduling and cancelling. The *only* cancellation that happened between us was *you all* canceling my 12:45 appt on May 20th with no notice. That was straight up cancelled. Which by the way, that makes three total "cancelled" appointments on YOUR end. Because there were two appointments in February and March at 2pm that Hannah had to reschedule on her end, and you all called me last minute, as I noted and you all noticeably ignored in your response. A man from your salon called and apologized for it when he rescheduled them. I said it was fine, because it was. No one called me or spoke to me about "repeated cancellations." Why else would I show up at 12:45 on the 20th? There was no call from an unknown number. There was no conversation or voicemail. There was no text message, other than the one confirming my last appointment, which you cancelled in my face. Glad business is good enough to turn customers away. Good luck! read more

It's amazing in 2023 you still have businesses looking down their noses to brown people especially during Black History month. Well this place lost my green money. I walked in to have my nails done and the woman at the desk looked me up and down and with an unwelcoming face said we don't have anyone who can take you for an hour. Understandable because I was a walk in, but how she looked at me as a customer was not what I was expecting. Westchase is an area of multicultural people. Tre Nails blew me away. Honestly. I've been bouncing from one nail salon to another dealing with overbooked schedules resulting in me having to go up to 7 weeks sometimes for procedures that need follow-ups 3 weeks tops. I was tired of being a second priority to places that begged for new clients but clearly couldn't handle the ones they had. Then I found Tre Nails. I emailed the business about the small possibility they had a Saturday opening, just a few days in advance and they squeezed me in over email which was awesome getting in so quickly while also so conveniently. I wasn't sure what to expect coming in, but past experiences resulted in me being in a shady strip mall and the places being okay inside. Tre Nails steps it up SEVERAL notches from other places. In a very luxurious looking outdoor business plaza, I found the nail salon located in the same building as their medical spa. It's good to note upon entering that the nail salon is to the right. The atmosphere is everything I dreamed about as a little girl as well as everything I still low key love now as a grown woman. Very fancy, sparkly, and soft everywhere but in the most elegant and classy way. The salon was very clean and the staff was super friendly. While Tina didn't talk too much, it let me kinda zone out on the TV while she did her magic on my hands. The receptionist was super helpful. I always feel so stressed that I don't have enough time to pick out colors, so while the artist soaked my dip powder off, the receptionist helped me talk and flip through several color choices and even got me a drink. Loved the customer service, and she said she was pretty new too! She absolutely made an impact in my visit and I hope she's there next time too. The best part? Most places have been charging $2-$5 a nail for art, which they consider an accent nail to be nail art. Tre Nails charged $38 for these nails compared to the $70 I was as paying at other places. Not only do they have my business and some great word of mouth, but I may use the difference in price to get myself a pedicure next time I stop in! I got my nails done yesterday with Hanna because my engagement shoot is coming up next week. They got me in the same day I requested the appointment and responded to my Yelp appointment request in less than 10 minutes. I got this white/pink dip with tips and it is THE BEST MY NAILS HAVE EVER LOOKED. At other places, where I have spent the same amount, there's always something sketchy going on with my nails, like obvious flaws, mismatched tips or crooked nails, but this place is AMAZING. I drove 2 hours round trip and will do it again. This is my new nail place - fully recommend Hanna!!! Forgot to add, but it's like a spa in here and it's so clean. I have been to this nail salon many times over the past year and a half I had never had any big issues until last week they completely damaged my natural nails with the electric drill causing five of them to split half way up my nail bed and break off. At first it was a minor issue with them using a brush and acetone for French instead of a French brush so the line was not as sharp as I wanted, I went back twice and they were unable to achieve a sharp line. When I brought this to The attention of the owner he told me that he thinks it's best if I don't go there anymore, offering to remove the gel but essentially telling me that I cannot come to their salon anymore. Completely unprofessional and completely disgusting to treat a local customer who has given you business many times in this way when you are in the wrong. It is common knowledge that an email cannot be used on the natural nail and it is ridiculous to not take 100% accountability for this situation. read more

One thing to mention, you will receive text messages confirming your appointment and reminders of your upcoming appointment(s). I brought my daughter to do her nails and since the beginning I asked that we didn't want a completed manicure which one made the skin off. The reason about that is because the allergy that she has and we try to avoid skin to absorve the product. They wee with more attention in how much will be the server than the information that I was bringing. They didn't pay attention about what I asked and started to do the manicure taking the skin off. Well, this place was great, yes it is the Royal treatment. About a month ago, I had a wedding. The girls all had black nails done to match the outfits worn. However a few hours before the wedding, the thumb nail, the color pealed right off. Leaving me with a semi ugly set of hands.
