I really enjoy the decor of the place, it has a lot of glitter (which I love) and tons of greys and blue. They really like this dog training show and play it on the TV. It's a random thing to notice, but I miss when they played the home improvement shows. However, since I was there with my sister we were busy chatting instead. The first thing I noticed was how every person in there seemed to be a regular. Whenever someone walked in the door, they were greeted by name. Having previously gone to a GIANT salon, where only the nail tech I was loyal to knew my name, this was quite a different experience. I had booked a dip manicure and gel pedicure with Ruby, who was still finishing up with another client, so another person started the process of removing the old dip from my nails. Ruby then took over, and was so sweet and welcoming. She explained how, even though their colors were from all different brands, they always use OPI for the base and top coats because it lasts so much longer.
