Beware of purchasing gift cards if you actually expect to use them here. I received a gift card for this establishment and attempted to book my appointment online. There was no option anywhere in the booking system to apply a gift card as a payment method, and there was also no comments section to explain the situation. I assumed it wouldn't be an issue and that the payment could simply be adjusted on the day of the appointment. Two hours before my scheduled massage I was asked if I could reschedule. I was happy to accommodate and didn't mind the change. On the day of the appointment, my therapist was friendly. However, during my prenatal massage she provided a lot of unsolicited advice throughout the session, which made it difficult to fully relax at a time in pregnancy when relaxation is especially important. Still, I was willing to overlook that part of the experience. The real issue happened at checkout. I was told I could not use my gift card for the service because the appointment had been marked as "prepaid." When I explained that their online booking system doesn't provide any option to apply a gift card, there was no willingness to adjust the payment or offer any kind of accommodation. Situations like this raise concerns about poor booking systems, lack of customer flexibility, and business practices that ultimately leave customers stuck with gift cards they cannot use as expected. Customer service and long-term client relationships don't seem to be a priority here. Unfortunately, this experience ensured that I won't be returning and the gift card meant to bring in a new customer ended up doing the opposite. read more

Had an absolute wonderful massage provided by Jerica! I had an hour and a half massage done and I have been in such pain the past two weeks. Today was the first time in a long time I have fully relaxed. While getting my massage, I actually fell asleep, which is a first for me. I will definitely be coming back. The location was clean, tidy, relaxing, and the massage bed was heated which was super nice as well. They also sell some products which I wanted to buy but totally forgot about so I will have to go back next week and buy some. It's a CBD pain relieving cream that also has arnica in it. Great experience!! Booked a couples massage for my boyfriend (who has never been to a spa and had no idea until we got there) they made it super comfortable for the both of us. We filled out some paper work and highlighted our own areas of concerns. We did the 90 min massage and so happy we did! Our massage therapists were so nice and made the experience amazing. We will definitely be booking again since we spent the rest of the day sleeping and can feel the major difference the next day. Had the WORST massage today with Amanda at the Westchase location. I have been there before, with different therapists, but will not be back. I tried to call to talk to someone about my experience, but no one, not even an voicemail picked up. I told Amanda about my problem areas that needed them most work and see seemed to avoid them all. My child could give me a better massage, It was more of a back rub, I feel worse then when I went in after laying on the hard table. To top it off my 90 minute massage was scheduled for 11:30. I arrived early, but she was running late. It was about 1146 that she came back into the room to get started and I was off the table by 1:01. My biggest complaint was my right shoulder and neck, she barley toughed it. I am so disappointed, she seemed more annoyed that she had back to back massages then wanting to give a good massage. read more

I called and made a same day appointment. They were very accommodating. I had a facial with Veronica and a massage with Loy. I arrived and walked in to a beautiful decorated spa. It was extremely relaxing and dimly lit. I waited and was greeted by Veronica and asked to fill out first time paperwork in the 'relaxation' room. She led me to a cozy room where I filled out the necessary paperwork and then I waited. Soon after she took me back for my facial. Let me just say, the massage tables are heated and so comfy cozy!!! We talked and she began my facial. She took a look at my skin and decided the type of facial I needed based on my skin. It was wonderful. It felt great and relaxed me very much. The facial was an hour long. After it was time for my massage with Loy. She was awesome too! It was so fulfilling and really helped me to de-stress. It was 90 minutes and I could have done another 90 it was so good!!! I would live to go back for more soon and highly recommend this spa. It was a fabulous experience!! read more

First off, the ambiance of this spa is tantalizing upon entering. You are greeted with a warm welcome from the owner and all staff members. My personal experience was with Massage therapist Kristen. First and foremost, she takes the time to listen to your needs, she focused on the areas of my request, I then enjoyed a peppermint scalp massage that was amazing! Absolutely terrible experience. I do not recommend ever booking a massage or facial here. I bought services through the ClassPass app. The spa owner Jessica canceled my appointment and did not notify me or ClassPass. I changed my entire schedule around and was unable to get my booked services. The spa owner Jessica was unable to offer an explanation outside of that she "has issues with online booking services." I offered to reschedule my appointment since my ClassPass credits were not refunded by the spa and was told no. I had received two confirmation emails in the 24 hours preceding my appointment - one from the Spa itself and one from ClassPass. There was no attempt made by owner to fix or mediate the situation. This is a disgrace of a business. There are plenty of other massage and facial services in the Westchase area who actually treat clients well. read more

I received a 90 minute massage by Kristen and it was spectacular. She talked enough to find out a little about me and what were my conditions, but then she allowed me to relax. She found muscles I didn't even know I had. I loved that she noticed my problem areas and in addition to massaging those areas, she stretched out those areas. Really recommend this spa. read more

First time I went in was fine. Nothing special but no problems. So I joined the membership program ($59 a month which pays for a facial or massage and a discount on other services). I booked a message but the masseuse was sick on my appointment day so had to go with someone else. The next day I was in terrible pain, especially as the massage had triggered an old hip injury. Decided to get a facial as the aesthetician had been fine the first time I went in. The facial started 15 minutes late because the aesthetician was in the back texting. She waxed me on a part of my face I had not requested and misdiagnosed my skin type. I called the owner the next day and said I don't want the membership anymore. She said she would close my membership but I would have to pay $59 for the next month even if I did not use it as there is a one month notice requirement. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the services I have received. The aesthetician Taylor is fantastic. I've had three separate facials and each one has been unique to what my skin needed at the time of visit. Taylor takes her time at the start of each appointment to diagnose my skin's needs and customize that day's treatment. Massage therapists usually never give me the pressure I want but Amber did an amazing job targeting my trouble areas and working out the knots. She took her time finding all of my knots. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I booked an appointment for a specific time. 2 hours before the scheduled appointment I receive notification that my appointment has been changed and given the option to cancel. Upon cancelling I receive a text message from a personal line stating that if I cancel I would not receive a refund. I end up on the phone with someone employed with the establishment and she wanted to dispute every little thing. Literally was willing to argue with me over the phone. She refused me my refund and told me that I could now come in at my originally scheduled time. I did not even want the massage anymore after my exchange with the employee but against my better judgement I went anyway to avoid wasting money. The place is clean but very basic. The reception area was very unorganized. I was handed a form to fill out that had someone else's personal information. I didn't end up filling this form out. Beyond all of the horrible customer service, the massage was ok. It wasn't horrible. Loy (the massage therapist) was very kind and sweet. That's the only good thing I have to say about this entire experience. I will never go back or refer this establishment to anyone. read more

Jesyka is a caring, professional massage therapist, skilled and patient, she provides clients with a serene, relaxing environment followed by a massage that is second to none. The prices are reasonable, scheduling is relatively easy, the spa is clean, warm and inviting. The location is easy to find and great for those of us looking for a South Tampa spa experience in North Tampa at a great price point. I finally found my Go to Massage and Facial Spa! I have tried so many different places but this by far has been my absolute favorite ! All the Employees are super personable with great personalities and have excellent customer service. I chose the deep tissue massage due to all the pain in my shoulders and my back. Jesyka was amazing! She used an all natural almond creme ( which smelled so good!) and best of all she made me feel like a brand new women haha! They not only accommodated a same day appointment request, they also allowed my husband to call in a payment after realizing I left my wallet at home.
