DON'T waste your time. I drove about 20 minutes to try Tread Vegas as a first-time guest and was met with unprofessional, rude, and inconsistent service. Savanna didn't have me listed as attending, even though I was confirmed as a guest visitor and had already signed the waiver. She told me I couldn't work out because I didn't arrive 15 minutes early--yet someone walked in after me and was allowed to join in on warming up and work out immediately. If this is truly about "safety," it should apply to everyone equally. The guest care was disappointing: it took her a few minutes to even greet me, there was no warmth or welcome, and no attempt to problem-solve or accommodate. The only solution offered was "someone will call you later." Why would I come back after being treated like that? This experience reflects poor customer service, lack of compassion, and weak front-desk management--especially for new guests. If the waiver is signed and you're confirmed, the rest shouldn't feel this messy or unfair. NOTE: I checked my email and a copy of the waiver I signed was there. Not sure how or why they didn't have it. FACT IS I still wasted the gas/electric and more importantly, my time! It's too bad because I was looking forward to trying something new. I'm pretty fit but wanted to switch up my routine. read more

JUST DO IT, Yesterday we did a group class for my friends birthday, and it was great! Not something I would typically think I'd do, now that I have I'm going to try to find something like this out here in California. We did cardio and lower body, I am definitely sore today but it was a good jump start for me to get back into the gym. Thankyou Whitney texting me throughout the previous days to make sure I was signed up for the class. Also thankyou Robyn for taking care of us, she walked throughout the class to make sure everyone was moving, played great music. Let me tell you something. Blue lighting - makes you run faster, workout harder and gives you confidence! No, but seriously, ... The coaches here are ELITE. Awesome, fun, supportive. The workouts are so amazing because you do not know what you are walking into, ever! You can go at your own pace. Do not worry about looking foolish or feeling "behind". Everyone is dying during the workout, so you are in it together! ha-ha I have made so many friends and have brought 3 of my own! 2 of which were visiting! I drive 20 minutes to Tread central. At first, I did not know if I wanted to drive, especially with the 6:30am class being the best for my work schedule. After the 1st week, that changed for me. So glad I did. It's a 45-minute class with great music, clear instructions, and an atmosphere that keeps you pushing. I did not get a membership with them because I am still looking, but their membership prices are pretty good for what they offer.! I found this studio via Classpass! Based on the studio name it gave me an idea of what to expect. It's treadmill mixed with floor work, weights, but unlike an OTF you are not wearing a monitor and your stats are not plastered on the screens. There is obviously expectations but you also go at your own pace so if you don't want to run you don't. I particularly appreciated this aspect as this is the first group fitness class I have taken post knee reconstruction. Chloe was the instructor and she was great about explaining the format and moniitering the class throughout helping with modifications or answering questions. read more

Loooooove!!! This place is great! The workouts are kickin my azz! Great instructors- Harrison & Miguel are awesome!! You go back and forth from the cardio- tread to weights. It's always different. You can go at your own pace and make it as hard as you want. I love that the instructors are also amazing, as I've needed extra help being newer. Aaaand the have the best music! The people that go are also nice. It's a great atmosphere and concept, and it's soo clean and well maintained! Even the bathrooms- like Neiman Marcus level. Also, I love that there's a 10:30am class as I'm not a morning person. Also get your workout done in 45 minutes! I love the intensity and try to push myself. Wow, what a work out! I loved that the treadmill is powered off your energy....they definitely gave me a much better work out than a traditional powered treadmill from a cardiovascular perspective. Also loved the simplicity of the torpedo weight....I didn't need a bunch of different weights and kettle bells...just my one torpedo weight. Music brought the energy and the Instructor was fantastic: pushing us but not in an aggressive way. I'm excited to do this 3 days a week. read more

I have a list full of incredible things to say about this gym. A little over a year ago I was trying out a handful of different gyms with HITT style workouts because I wanted to start taking my fitness journey more seriously. I came across Tread Vegas and after a couple classes I knew I would be at this gym for the long run. Every single coach at this gym is absolutely ELITE and great at what they do. Every class challenges me and while there are times that I start to feel like I just can't keep going, I get that extra needed push of motivation by Coach Vance, Leo, Chloe, Harrison, Joe etc. I personally LOVE how the coaches go out of their way to remember your name, it makes me feel important and seen which is something I didn't really feel at the other gyms I was trying out. The classes here are HARD but if you stick to it you WILL see results. All of my friends and family have noticed a change in my physique and I owe it entirely to Tread Vegas and the incredible coaches there! read more

I've always enjoyed the class format of working out because all you need to really worry about is getting yourself to the gym. I just moved back to Las Vegas and decided to give Tread a try. What an experience it was! I've been struggling to tell my friends what it is similar to because I don't think I've honestly seen anything like it. The studio could double as a room in a Vegas nightclub, and if you aren't in the mood to work out the environment will quickly change that. The energy is unmatched. The equipment is really high quality and the staff is eager to make sure you are comfortable and that your expectations are met. Its a great team environment. Vance Smith changed my life for the best. I've been training with him for about a year now. When I started with him, I was struggling with confidence and just wanted to lose weight. From the first session with him as my coach, he made me feel like I could climb the tallest mountain. If you're a quitter, you won't be after working with him. He will scale back the workout, motivate you, and push you until you're able to finish the workout. I was shy at first and intimidated by the workout on the board, and I never thought I'd be able to accomplish the workouts he had for me if it wasn't for his positivity and constant reassurance that I can do it! He always takes time to break the movements down for me especially in the beginning when I had no idea what I was doing. The variety of the workouts he puts together makes working out addicting and keeps me coming back motivated to push harder. Unfortunately, I'm moving out of state due to work, but I do know that when I come back to visit, I will always go out of my way to workout at Vance's gym. I know I'm not going to be able to find another coach like him, so I'm just going to remember everything he taught me and all of the positive messages he's said when I was ready to give up and quit before the last rep.
