Title: Excellent Experience at The Treadmill Factory I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a home gym from The Treadmill Factory, and I must say it wasn't a smooth experience from start to finish. As someone who taken to fitness seriously, I was on the lookout for a reliable store that offers a wide range of high-quality gym equipment, and The Treadmill Factory did not disappoint. From the moment I made the call to Ryan , I was impressed by confidant attitude that he could beat the price . They were friendly, approachable, and eager in finding the gym I wanted for my home gym. The store was well-organized, making it easy to browse through their extensive selection of equipment other fitness equipment. What stood out to me the most was the quality of the products available at The Treadmill Factory. The treadmills were top-of-the-line, sturdy, and built to last. The staff took the time to explain the features of each model and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs and budget. Furthermore, the customer service at The Treadmill Factory was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and provided me with valuable advice on how to maintain and get the most out of my new equipment. Overall, my experience at The Treadmill Factory was outstanding. I left the store feeling confident in my purchases and motivated to kickstart my fitness journey. Ps I did have experience some equipment failures but they came to my home three times and made sure to get it right. We actually improved what I bought and informed the manufacturer what they could do differently for future models. Ryan and his team and the area manger stood behind the products they sold to us. Ultimately this is the Best Equipment House out there. I'm almost 55 and I feel like a champ again, and I'm truly reshaping my body thanks to this well informed team. I am not an easy person to satisfy some might even call me difficult, but when I'm happy I type and I tell people the truth. We bought a treadmill here on November 26. Their manager Tyler promised we would get it in a week or two. He also specifically mentioned we should email him directly and not call if we have questions. After about a week and a half I emailed him to see if there's any update on the order but he ignored. I emailed him again in a week and still got no response. As it was getting closer and closer to Christmas I decided to give them a call and see if we were getting our order before the holidays. The guy on the phone told me he had no access to the order but he or Tyler would be calling me same or next day. No calls. I called again and they promised me basically the same thing. Still got no calls or emails. We ended up getting a refund and picking up our treadmill from another store. I understand that delays can happen and was willing to wait but ignoring your customers that pay thousands of dollars is unacceptable. If you didn't treat us like shit and at least got back to us and apologise we would totally support your company during these times and wait. Your marketing and sales departments should know that ignoring customers and giving false promises isn't the best way to get loyal customer base. Save your money for another company that actually cares about reputation. read more

This place has very poor communication and inventory levels. They do NOT help their customers at all. I seen on their website they had stair risers on sale for $5/each. Their website directed me to their Markham location for pickup. I obviously did not want to drive to that location so I emailed the london location and they confirmed they had 6. In my email I explained what I wanted and even sent a link and picture. They said they would hold them for me. I went I the next day to pi kup my risers but was told they do not have them. They don't even sell them separately. I was then up sold a full said and riser package which I didn't even want the stairs to begin with. The liar I delt with via email was Adam. Beware!! Oh and the aerobic stair set I was sold is complete junk. read more

I got greeted as I walked in and saw that the store was clean, organized, and very well stocked. I knew what I wanted and - thanks to prior research - I knew that I was getting the best price for it. Checking out was quick and pleasant - no sales pitch for another item like I usually get at other sports equipment stores. A great experience and I'll definitely be coming back! Do your research before you go here ! they will try to sell you anything just to make the sale ! The staff has Zero knowledge , and there is no long term customer care or consideration , you will also see that the inventory product brand's consistently change which tells me they go with what is cheapest at the time , no brand loyalty either , This also contributes to not being able to upgrade any equipment as they no longer sell that brand . definitely not the store for the experience person to purchase from ! the parking and access is horrendous ! read more

I purchased a home gym from Blake Titus in April. The gym has a defective part. The installers damaged my hardwood floors. It is September and we still do not have a replacement part and our floors are still damaged. read more

Horrible experiences with these guys. I own a Personal Training studio. I purchased a ton of equipment with TF years ago when their former Manager Mike was running things. Mike was awesome. He knew his stuff and took the time to get me the best equipment for the best price. Mike has since moved on and I have been stuck dealing with Blake and some of the other guys there now. My rower broke, needed a clutch mechanism. It took 8 months to get it and I did not get it until I had a buddy order it for me. Still took 2 months for him to get it. If you aren't having their service guy do the work they don't even send the part for you. Their service charges are way more then Fitness Depot (which is where Mike is now). A month ago I had my treadmill break down. Needed a new motor and control board. Took 3 weeks for them to get the motor in. The guy came to install it then realized he needed a control board. It came in the next week, I had an appointment set up for 2pm on the Thursday. The service guy Brendan no showed then tried to blame it on me saying I wasn't home. I specifically re-arranged clients so that he could come for 2pm to do the install. I was furious, picked up the part the next day at the store and had Mike from Fitness Depot install it (which he did within 30 minutes!!!). Incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service and the run around that I've gotten from Blake and the guys at TF Head Office. Your sales experience might be great (because they want your money) but good luck if you ever need a repair done. Stay far away! read more
