After getting no call back I called him again he confirmed that the parts were not available but that he would see if he could find a bike and give me credit for the service call. I have not heard anything from him at all. This doesn't leave a good impression.

Called 3 times. They didn't provide me with any contact info for technician. I left. 40 minutes later the technician called to say he was running late in traffic. Rescheduled a few days later. They assumed me technician would be present at 8 am sharp again. Gave me number for technician. No showed again. Technician didn't answer. This time Gym Precision said the technician was changed. 45 minutes later a different technician showed up in spite of me spending a lot of time explaining why I needed someone there at 8 am and them saying they would be twice. They are not communicating with customers in a way that provides good service or doing anything to ensure technicians arrive on time or communicate when they wont.
