RIP treadwright tires. It was a good run, I suppose. I wish they'd post a good bye message. No one answers the phones. No one replies to emails or to DM's on any of the social media pages (insta-face-X) and I think the only employees who they didn't tell are whomever they subcontract the marketing with because I'm still getting emails. I've been calling since December 19th to place an order and no one answers or returns the call. You can't even leave messages anymore...I tried emailing the CEO, which I'd done in the past... But he ghosted me too. I finally called a neighboring business and they confirmed that treadwright is no more. The space is apparently currently occupied by a "Wild dog recycling" per the neighboring business. It's unfortunate. I placed my order on January 24, 2026. After more than two months of delays, runaround, and unreturned calls, the company finally admitted they could no longer honor the free shipping that was advertised at the time of purchase. They claimed they had lost their shipping contract. During this period, I called the company over 100 times trying to resolve the issue and get a clear update. Instead of making it right, they asked me twice to cancel my order so they wouldn't have to cover the shipping costs. They even suggested I pick up the tires in person -- a 6-hour drive each way from my location -- just to avoid paying for shipping themselves. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. They accepted my order and payment under the promise of free shipping, then shifted the entire burden onto me when their logistics failed. The excessive time wasted on calls and the complete lack of resolution has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for tires. TreadWright may offer competitive pricing on remolded tires, but their customer service and fulfillment process are unreliable. read more

Do not buy tires from this company. 3 months wait. Paid upfront on line 590.00 when delivery was made buy FedEx they was left by highway,and stolen after hundreds of email and phone call finally was able to reach customer service. Followed all procedures. No return call. After two months of trying to get this resolved. I was hung up on by customer service. Where she lied to me about everything wouldn't accept police report. I got my first set of treadwright tires four years ago for my blazer (MT claws 35inch). The purchase was super easy, delivered to my door in just a few days and they have been amazing. In the mud and sand of Southern California they are super grippy, in the snow and mud of South Dakota, I rarely need to put it in four wheel drive. After all these years they're barely worn down at all and a very acceptable highway howl at 80 mph. I like the tires and the company so much that when the wife's jeep needed new shoes I told her I only get tires from treadwright. We searched high and low on a lift kit then chose the tires (axiom 35). I got an email an hour later saying the tires are prepped for shipping and the next morning they were on a truck for South Dakota. This company is really the only way to go if your love our country. Don't bother with TA/KO or even Goodyears. You pay easily half as much and get a wicked good tire built in America and it's a green product! How can you beat it. I've wheeled for over 20 years and wrecked a few hummers back in the day, seriously treadwright is the bombdiggity when it comes to off-road tires. Do NOT buy treadwright tires. Upon filing a warranty claim, for defective tires w/less than 1800 miles it has been a very bad experience. They verified the claim was received. That has been nearly 3 weeks ago now. The tires are Dry rotten and bubbling, not safe to drive on. Even though the warranty claim states they will reply in 24-48 hrs of receiving the claim, i had to email multiple times before they finally confirmed it was received. They said I would have a response in 2-3 days.... Nearly 3 weeks later, still waiting on a response. Since the time of my purchase there have been multiple bad reviews based on failed tires, failed service, and overall reflection of poor business ethics. This the worst company ever. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I purchased 4 tires in July 2019 and we got them in August 2019. Of the four tires three of them came damaged. We reached out to customer service and we were told that they fall under the warranty considering they were brand new so that they would send us new replacement tires. Everything was approved and supposedly they were going to ship the tires but never did after we reached out to customer service we were told the tires are on back order. It is now February 1, 2020 and we still have not received the replacement tires and now all the tires are cracking or flashing is hanging off. We have submitted pictures and the warranty information and it was all approved yet we are still stuck with damaged tires and are out the money we paid for them and no one will even call us back. Don't waste your time with this shady company just pay the money and go to discount tire. They are a company that will stand behind their product. Update: 2.6.2020 you are correct after all my reviews we were finally able to get a call back from Maria and Holly, not sure if they are from the customer service department or warranty department. They both apologized for the issue apparently my warranty claim slipped through the cracks and was never processed. We spoke to them on Monday 2.3.2020 at 9am and by noon they had 4 new tired on the fedex truck. We received the tires yesterday 2.5.2020. The turn around time was amazing and what we expected back in September when this whole process started. We are putting the new tires on my vehicle this weekend so I'm hoping these ones won't crack. Upon delivery inspection they look good, so we will see. I would give 5 stars for the way Maria and Holly corrected the situation in a timely manner and by a sending an extra tire for the trouble. It does suck that I am out the money it cost to install, balance and dispose of the old tires tho. Depending on how long these new replacement tires last would be the deciding factor if I ever ordered from treadwright again. If they crack in a matter of week then i definitely wouldn't buy again. I'm on my 5th set of TreadWright Tires: 2015 Ford Transit 350, 2013 Tundra, 1990 F250, 1984 F250, 1982 CJ... Tires are top notch- they do what tires are supposed to do. My most recent set of 245/75r16's I had a manufacturing defect (remold separation/bubble) issue- I contacted their warranty department and within 12 hours they responded, I sent in a picture, explained the issue and filled out the form and in less than 36 hours from first contact I had tracking information for a new tire coming my way! Now what other tire manufacturer is going to do that! All of my tires would be considered heavy, due to the selected tread pattern they all had road noise. They all balanced out and wear was even and better than expected. I use these all on 4WD trucks with the exception of the Transit, and they work amazingly well in the dirt and offroad. Company has been responsive and great to work with. TreadWright's a good company hands down! And no- they haven't given me free anything, not even a sticker! read more

Bought 4 tires at $125 each and realized afterwards that they were the wrong size. Had to do a return and refund, tires never came out of the box. Treadwright tires only refunded me $350 and says it's because of shipping and a "restocking fee" which I know is straight bullshit. Do not buy tires from these fucking thieves!!!!! read more

It's a good tire in general I was iffy at first, but then when they arrived I loved the way they looked then once I put them on my truck they looked super nice! Now there tires have went down hill bad and they don't stand behind there product had a tire go bad in 200 miles the nipples were not even wore off and they are trying to say it's my shocks. But the will happily sell me another don't take my word for it look at there reviews if u lucky enough to get a good set u will like them if you have a problem which is becoming more common u just wasted ur money. If you have a problem they first will say it's road hazard and not covered if you did buy the warranty they will try to say something wrong with your vehicle. Worst tires I have ever bought. Can't even drive my truck had to buy new tires. And they won't stand behind there warranty or product. I had the tires staticly balanced liked they asked, sent them pictures of the wheel weights on my tires. Had my rims checked to make sure they were not bent. All of this done by a dealership. And it even stated in the invoice that the tires cant be balance due to teh tires being cupped and chopped badly. And Treadwight tires is still saying they need my proof. I never have heard of TreadWright , until one day My son receive a sales card in the mail and these good looking tires were on this card and the price!! I'm a middle of the road conservative so I started researching , I'm very particular about tires your life rides on them daily, so I decide I'm checking them out , Remember they are not recaps !! They are remolded just like a new tire !!
