We stayed here for two nights. Our first RV park stay ever. And we loved it! It was so quiet! And so clean! The lawns, bathrooms, showers, laundry, and all the grounds were so well kept! It was spotless! Enjoyed watching animals on the property: bunnies, lizards, cranes, and turtles in the pond! The staff was helpful and pleasant and the rate was fair. We had no issues with the hookups. Great water pressure and perfect electric. We will be back! p.s. we are newbie rv'ers and knew no one at the park. Not sure why other people are saying it's "cliquey". Try it out! It's nice and quiet! read more

We selected this park due to the proximity to the family that we were visiting for a weekend event. Since this was the middle of July, we noted that the park was half full. The sites are clean, and clear, with nice grass areas. We used the laundry room and while it was clean, I thought the $5 cost for a single cycle of wash and dry was closer to the higher end that I would be used to. We are not 'resort' people, but I can imagine that people would enjoy the centre pond and the small swimming pool. My only concern was when my wife's friends came to pick her up. They arrived and parked in the front parking lot, and then walked the three spaces over to our RV to see the RV. While walking to leave, a staff person came by on a golf cart and started to verbally berate them for parking in a handicapped space (in an empty parking lot) and walking onto the property. While my wife and her elderly friends were being yelled at to "do what you're told" they did not have the opportunity to have their handicap decal on the rental vehicle that they were using. Afterwards, the person, came by to threaten me as well about the situation and that he would have us thrown out. While I do not doubt that somewhere in the excessive signage this is a technical rule violation, I am suspicious that this commitment to vehemence and rudeness is equally applied to all guests. I was disappointed that I failed to see anything to imply that this is a 'traditional, good old days' kind of RV park, but I would certainly not recommend this location to the Green Book. read more

Staying here for the next 4 months. Was pleasantly surprised how organized the office and manager are that run the park. Met Mindy in the office she was very informative and professional, the manager Mark showed me to me spot and helped me get situated. I like the rules that this park has. The laundry facilities are second to none with fantastic new machines that use coins or credit card which makes it super convenient not to have to carry around bags of change. The granite folding table and screen back porch for you to read or work on your computer while you wait is a very nice touch. The pads are all great size and cement. They have a very nice rec area and activities throughout the week. I though that being within a mile of I 95 might be noisy but it's not at all. It's also one of the safest parks I've been in! This a great RV park. Well laid out with all concrete pads, beautifully maintained, nicely landscaped. The facilities are great as well. The only downside is no area to let dogs off leash. We have been driving ours to a dog park which is about 4 miles away. read more

We attempted to call to book a site for a month and went by the office ourselves several times. Each time we spoke to someone we were lectured with a list of rules and do's & don'ts by the very unfriendly & unwelcoming staff. I feel because we were younger (40's) and didn't fit the demographic there was immediate determination that we would not work. We were told that our brand new fifth wheel was probably too long even though we saw many of the exact same model/size as ours currently in the park also lots of available sites. When they found out our adult son would be with us they said we were not allowed because we had "3 workers"?? Not sure what that even means. We are reputable business owners of several businesses in the Treasure Coast area. I was extremely insulted by the way we were treated. read more

This campground was an ok stay. We stayed a month. It felt like they caters to its Canadian residents, rather than everyone. Very strict dog policy for certain residents. They are experiencing construction behind the campground has caused a large snake issue (all over the park according to the Manager). In addition the noise at 7:00 am was a constant reminder of the on-going construction. We asked to move sites, but were told the site we wanted to move to was going to be reserved for a week, and could not move there. We were told when we made the reservation initially that there were no guaranteed spots. When they gave us options to move to another site, they picked, we were told it would be even more than what we initially paid in April. This was now May (off season). The reason for the increase ... a 38% rate increase, during off season "across the board ." According to manager Mark. They had 75 spots open, this was confusing. We were also told in the summer the pool will be closed for repairs. For the above reasons we decided to camp elsewhere. read more

Sure does look nice but don't expect to be comfortable or enjoy yourself. Condo commando doesn't even begin to describe the atmosphere! I would not recommend this resort to anyone who likes to talk, listen to music or especially ride bikes. Don't even think to allow your family to visit. Definitely, not grandchildren! Management makes you feel so uncomfortable. Policing your every move! A woman with red hair in the clubhouse has zero customer service skills. read more

What a nice RV park. We are new snowbirds, from NJ, and have been staying at different RV parks in Florida, to decide where to return in the coming years. Treasure Coast is our favorite by far! It is our second to last stop before heading home. We are so sorry to leave this beautifully manicured, well run campground. This is an all RV park, with spacious (by FL standards) concrete slabs for the RV and patio, modern hook-ups, spotless bathrooms and a laundry room with a screened in sitting porch overlooking a beautiful lake in the center of the park. The lawns are mowed weekly, nice activities - especially the aqua size in the morning (the person who runs it is so entertaining), the people are extremely friendly and always greeting you as they pass by. My only wish - is that they would install a fitness center with a few machines and weights. We have enjoyed our time so much, we extended our stay and cancelled the next scheduled campground. Our only regret? Is that we didn't stop here first at the beginning of our travels as we already put down a non-refundable month's deposit for next year at another campground on the gulf coast and now wish we had scheduled next year differently. We will definitely return. FYI - There is a Walmart, Home Depot and Publix close by. Watson Rock Dog Beach - dogs can roam freely, You can find Pickleball at Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie read more

What a great park!! I have been stopping at this park twice a year for several years. We travel in a class A towing 4 down and our trips through Florida are planned around stopping here. This park is maintained with a meticulous eye for detail. It is truly spotless from their swimming pool to laundry room to bathrooms and showers. Their location is ideal. Their professional staff is friendly, knowledgable, and most helpful. You will love it. read more

We drove past Treasure Coast 3 years ago when we bought our first RV - a new 2015. They reluctantly let us drive through. Nice clean, although very cramped park. Came back and inquired about reservations. Couldn't have gotten a colder response. We were told we would have had to call in April for the following Jan, Feb, Mar, but that they give "regulars" first choice. We did. We're told on April 1 that they were booked, but put us on a waiting list. This happened two years in a row. Last week we got a call saying they had a space. When we called back to confirm, it was gone. After some phone calls - mysteriously, it came back. Then we were told we wouldn't be able to open our deck. There is NOTHING in the rules and regulations regarding decks. This park gets wonderful reviews. Clearly we are not part of this closed clique that gets friendly welcoming service. I couldn't be more disillusioned with the RV culture. read more
