Another note: while we were there, they were having some sort of parking lot sale that the manager said was a lady's estate being cleared out. Carts full of stuff that people had apparently already bought were left out like they were still for sale, leading to a lot of frustration on my end. The architecture was super cute and put me in mind of a little village. At the Coach store, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I even received a 10% off discount after telling the cashier it was my first visit with them. There was a bigger selection here than what was at my store back home and the value at the Coach store is always worth the cost, depending on what's purchased. Biloxi is always a fun trip and I would visit this outlet again for my shopping needs when I return.

And after reading the return policy and other reviews, we already know we won't get a legit game or any help with our purchase considering they didn't help others with the same issue. We also didn't receive a receipt from the employee. I feel scammed. What a lovely birthday gift.

The owner called us today and proceeded to cuss my husband out on the phone and told him he wouldn't work with a "customer like us" and he was donating our hat to charity!
