First time here and I truly loved it. Came on a Tuesday on purpose due to traffic being lighter. Parked underground and got lucky to find parking right away. That's a lot that's maximum 3 hours with about 30 spots. You pay at the machine for $2 an hour. If you don't plan to stay long try parking here. Location is great. As you walk out theres a walkway. It's got a great view that leads you to stairs down to the beach. read more

Came to this cute little park for an outside break on Christmas eve with a local friend. It was busy with folks enjoying the park, picnics, benches and a short path with a beautiful view of the beach below! We found street parking at the meter and even though it was christmas eve we had to pay, but as other said it was affordable, not entirely sure how much as my friend paid. I can't imagine how crowded this spot gets in the summer but beautiful none the less! read more

Wow. Beautiful beach. Amazing view. There isn't much else to say except that this visit was fantastic. I've never been to a better area.

There is a different Yelp listing for the beach, but since we spent most of our time in the park above, I'm going to review here. First off, we did not know there was parking right on the south side of PCH right at the park. It is free after 7 and $2.50 per hour before that, if you can manage to get a spot. And the spots are tiny so if you have a big truck forget about it. There is metered parking along PCH and across PCH as well. The park is picturesque and when we were there, there were tons of photo shoots going on, including graduation pictures. We ventured down to the beach and it is really nice. The rocks around make the scenery and there is a foot wash. Back up above on the path, it feels high end as the Montage is right there and the foliage is well manicured. We spent about 30 minutes here taking some photos and walking around, but you could certainly make it a beach day! read more

OMG SOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!! My sister wanted to go here this weekend during our family get together. We tried to park in the little parking structure but none of our 3 cars could find parking. It was packed this weekend. We ended up finding free street parking right across the street and walked over. The pathway around this "park" is connected to the Montage hotel which is also really beautiful. They were setting up a wedding and it was so pretty to look at. I will have to stay at this hotel one day. The views are amazing. The walkway/park is above the treasure island beach with beautiful views and a nice breeze. There is a very pretty grass area at the end of the walking pathway with picnic tables open for anyone to use. I love that along the walk there are park benches over looking the beach surrounded by perfectly manicured landscaping of cactuses, huge succulent and flowers. Our family took so many beautiful pictures! If you come here, be prepared to sit in traffic once you get in the Laguna area and be patient until you find parking, Especially on the weekend because it gets insane busy. You've been warned lol but It's worth it!! read more

Amazing beautiful beach park at The Montage Hotel. It's more of a walk from the hotel above the beach than it is a "park". The desert landscape is so beautiful. They did a really nice job planting and I love the colorful succulents! I highly recommend checking it out when you're in the neighborhood! read more

I stayed at main beach which was beautiful but walked around and took free trolley to see other areas. I took the trolley to Victoria beach then walk as far as i could. I climbed over rock wall to another area which turned out to be Treasure island beach. There was neat rock formation with a rock arch. I climbed the steeps and took more pics from above. I did some angles and hunching down to get flowers in the pics. Beautiful area. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! It's too far, small, and too beautiful. This beach park will make you feel like you're in paradise and you'll never want to leave! Another con is parking-- Small parking lot. Street parking is difficult to find --AND most if not all are meter parking which is for $3/hr. If you run out of quarters like me, you can pay either through the laguna beach parking app, or pay with a credit card. This place has a nice/easy cliffside trail along the beach with breathtaking view and cool ocean breeze! There are plenty of seatings by, or on the lawn, and some shady areas, perfect for a picnic away from the sand. I hope no one comes here and ruined it for the rest of us!! J/k! read more

It's breathtaking, it's beautiful, great views of the beach even if you're just taking a walk. Be prepared take your tennis shoes for comfort but make sure you take your "Chanclas" too because it's irresistible not to wet your feet at this beautiful beach with majestic palm trees of all sizes and exotic plants & succulents. I'm advising you to wear your bikini under your dress because I'm sure you're going to take a swim at this mesmerizing beach! Bring a beach umbrella for sure okay; your Tan will be quick under this ever glowing sun! Parking was easy & accesible, you pay for parking at the meters, or their underground parking at Wesley St. it's a revolving small parking lot. Use it as a drop off it lets you do a U turn. Have a picnic if you desire, we did and there was no "moscas" lol! read more

Parking at the garage is horrible. It's Affordable $1.50/hr but you cqn onle bexthere Maximim 3 hrs. I was assuming this was a Park for having a small picnic based off what i seen on mapquest, but it looks like its to the left..well nevertheless, I was wrong it was a small secluded beach. With no nearby restrooms only a water shower to clean the sand off your feet. The views. Are breathtaking there are benches to see the over scenery below and hear the ocean waves. I'm assuming you are allowed to bring your dogs..but dogs pissing on the sand and taking a crap in front of you is disgusting when you have little toddlets running around everywhere and kids enjoying themselves. read more

What a great place to escape from reality... Every time I come here I feel like I'm on vacation in Hawaii. The water is crystal blue and it's really fun to climb the rocks. Great spot to take pictures and that's why there are so many photo shoots going on - from family sessions to weddings and quinceaneras. There are several benches to look at the ocean. It's just so romantic. People enjoy this little oasis doing meditation, relaxation, walking, thinking, and getting pleasure of the view. It's that peaceful. There is an underground parking structure which is extremely small. However, I've never had a problem to find parking elsewhere. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to explore some more of Laguna's Beaches the morning of our departure back to Texas. Sadly it was cloudy but the views were still breathtaking at every aspect of our walk downwards toward the beach! If you walk more to your right past the cliff you can get take pictures under an arch or climb the rock to view the other side of the cliff which is beautiful! This park has a nice paved walkway running and walking and is well kept in landscaping which makes for a beautiful backdrop to the ocean! read more

They are found on the south side of Montage Resort. -follow ramp down to private beach access to Treasure Island Beach. I wanted to bring some friends here since they live on the west side and don't visit OC much. This park is incredible and is one of the best kept secrets in So Cal. Park your car in the underground parking and pay up to a maximum of 3 hours- take the walkway north that's landscaped with many species of plants and flowers. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the beaches and ocean south & north. You can also access the beach which located right off the walkway. The walkway north leads in to the rear of the five star Montage Resort and along the walkway kick back on the benches to view the ocean or you'll see tables where you can picnic or just soak up the gorgeous views. Treasure Island Park is a Beautiful Pristine Area with green grass, palm trees, succulent plants & flowers. There is a paved wide walkway you walk on to view the entire area. Oh yeah they have a Jaw Dropping view of Treasure Island Beach with the beautiful Montage Hotel behind you. This is a Perfect Place to come unwind & relax or bring a picnic basket & have a bite to eat. Sunsets are Spectacular here & you really feel like you are in Hawaii. Be sure to take a dip in the ocean & take a walk along the shore! There is a small Parking Garage with a Pay Station for several hours. It's best to come here at off times & avoid the line for the parking garage. This is truly a Beautiful Place that's a hidden gem. You can't see it from just driving by in your car. Gorgeous. Apparently it's part of a resort, so there's a nice, covered lot for parking ($1.25/hour). You can stroll along the paved trail atop the cliff, or take the stairs down to the beach. They also have a large tide pool area with lots of colorful sea life -- it's almost like dry snorkeling! Highly recommended if you're in the area! read more

Beautiful view. Only downside is the walk up and down the stairs and watch out for the waves. They tend to go up every 30 minutes or so. DON'T leave your kid unattended, the waves will take them. Other then that, a very beautiful beach. read more

We were visiting the Montage on a summer weekend and happened to stroll through this Treasure Island Park. WOW. I've always been a fan of Laguna Beach...and this summer, I've encountered a couple beaches/parks that are just magnificent. :) It's so nice to know that there's a lil' piece of paradise right here in Orange County. Treasure Island Park is a wonderful, clean, and peaceful park to take a stroll with your family, friends or pets. The views are great, overlooking Treasure Island Beach and another beach (that seems a bit isolated from the rest). Grass is well maintained and lush green, and this park is easily accessible through the Montage Resort grounds... I'm so glad I was able to come by and check out this place... Although I only stayed 30 minutes here with my husband...it's definitely worth another visit (at which point, I would stay longer and sit on the benches to enjoy the ocean view + the shade). :) Fresh air all around. So beautiful, one of the best places in Laguna Beach by far. I've been here several times, once on a Friday early afternoon & it was pretty crowded. We had to set up our umbrella really close to everyone else & people were all over the place & noticed a lot of people from the Montage resort, more than usual because it was the beginning of the weekend however it was still beautiful. The water is clear & clean, very beautiful views, perfectly landscaped pathway & tide-pools. Another time I came with my toddler & it was pretty mellow. There was absolutely no parking inside the parking structure but I found one up Wesley Drive & parked at the meter. $1.50 for one hour. Father's Day which was the most recent visit, all but one parking was filled at 8am in the morning. So we were lucky to find a that one parking in the structure. Beach wasn't crowded at all in the morning hours. One family taking photographs, maybe for graduation/prom. More families started to arrive by time we left. There is a 3 hour parking limit inside the parking structure. read more

Dog friendly! Parking is in a covered garage type space with a pay machine. You probably only need enough for maybe about 30 mins worth if you're just planning on walking around. I will say though, for some reason the station would not take my quarters and would only take card, which was kindof annoying to charge .50 cents onto my card. Looks wise, its similar to Heisler Park but not as long. The total distance is only about .8 miles, counting walking from the parking garage from one end of the park, to the other and back to the structure. I normally don't rate 4 stars for places that aren't really exercise worthy, but the scenery here was worth it. The beaches are also beautiful, but we didn't make it down because it was already past the time dogs are allowed on the beach. (Dogs not allowed on beach 9am-6pm, June 15 to Sept 10). read more

I found this place by accident and was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is. I hope it remains as secluded as it is. I highly recommend walking up on the park section first since it will give you a better view of the different coves to choose a spot. The gardens are beautiful. Metered parking is available on the streets, I paid under 3 dollars for about two hours. There's also a small parking station next to the Montage. There's showers and public bathrooms as well. read more

Two things, for visitors of Laguna Beach: 1) Go to Treasure Island Park, and take plenty of pictures of all the natural beauty. 2) When meeting some old friends who live in the area for dinner, keep your "Photo Stream" in your pocket. When the wife had a training, we saw we could stay at the somewhat rustic TraveLodge in Laguna Beach for the cost of a chain hotel near her class in Irvine. Sure, we had to put up with that horrendously beautiful 25 minute drive through the Laguna Canyon, but when in Rome (well, Southern California), get a hybrid, crank the tunes, and enjoy the ride. Catch EVERY FREAKING SUNSET at Treasure Island Park. Just do it. Get some wine or other adult beverage at the adjacent CVS (Suck it, Texas liquor laws). Better yet, visit the Albertson's for some cheese and charcuterie to snack on. Nothing heavy, cause you'll be driving to the In-N-Out later. Get there about 30 minutes before sunset, and let all your first world problems melt under the horizon with the sinking sun. Stay on the upper paths, amongst the flowers and trees and bunnies, or walk down to the beach to see the waves crashing against the rocks. But yeah, don't bother showing your pics to your Orange County resident friends that gathered to meet you at the BJ's Brewhouse in Laguna Hills. They have a word for your favorite pic... the one you are most proud of, where the bird is swooping in the ocean spray, with its wingtips lit by the orange glow of day's end. They'll just call it "Tuesday". read more
