Very cute spot for the community. Came here for a small hike with my son. Botanical garden, well taken care of. We enjoyed out walks here, would definitely recommend for families with small kids too. We would definitely be back.

We went to the community Wicked Movie and it was a lovely experience. The staff had fun arts and crafts for the kiddos before the movie and they brought Glinda! My daughter was star struck Popcorn was served throughout the movie.

What a great spot! Between the jungle gyms, splash pad, botanical gardens, public restrooms and plethora of picnic tables, you can't go wrong! I definitely recommend!

I discovered this park due to the special free outdoor movie night event the other day. I appreciate how the park system is trying to safely encourage and invite the community to enjoy the great outdoors. This park is extremely well-maintained and beautiful, easy to enter, plentiful parking and the bathroom in the community center is modern and pristine. The park is spacious. Great for picnics and for lounging or reading. The amphitheater is a wonderful setting for movie nights and concerts. Next week, there's an '80's concert at the amphitheater. There are so many fantastic parks in OC. We are truly blessed. If you're feeling hesitant to travel during these pandemic times, consider exploring a new park every month. There's something so refreshing and cheerful about having a new experience. Let it boost your mood. Free and you don't have to travel far. Thank you, park staff!

A must location for a concert in the park. What a great time and place for families and friends where you can sit on the grass, have a location to view the band and listen to good acoustic quality music. From what i understand, its every other Friday during the summer months and starts around 630 pm. The suggest no pets and for sure no smoking, but drinking is allowed during the concert and confined to the venue only. Sheriff's are always close by just in case but youll quickly see the audience is and from what ive experienced all families and friends out for a free evening of music and fun and perhaps a little dancing. A must to do and dont forget to wear your fit bit for the dancing portion which happens towards the lower portion of the stadium.

This is a community park with a splash pad, some climbing frames and a garden (I think, we didn't check it out). In the same space is the YMCA, so you are in competition for a parking spot with them too. There is parking right in front of the splash pad, but that fills up very quickly. There's then a larger car park round the back. The splash pad was super crowded when I went on Friday morning just after 10. It opens at 10. As others have mentioned, you get older kids and younger kids, so if you have a little one it may be a bit overwhelming for them with the big kids running about.

This is the perfect water spray park for the kids. Not too big yet not too small. My kids can spend hours here after school. I need to invest in a nice folding chair with umbrella. There is only one small area with shade for parents and the real housewives of Laguna niguel claim that area for the whole day. The only downside and reason that i gave it 4 stars is (that lack of shade for parents) and also the floor is made of cement/concrete. When you mix water with kids... you cant exactly tell them no running or be careful. It doesn't work like that. They are kids and they are clumsy. In my 4 hours here (so far, still here) ive seen 3 kids fall and bust open their knees. Just in one day. The floor should definitely get a makeover of that recycled rubber that you see in every other park. It only makes sense to have soft rubber with water rather than cheese grader knee eating concrete. I really hope someone from the city sees this and does something asap. These kids are getting hurt just being kids. Please change the floor in the splash pad to recycled rubber.

Can't wait for the weather to warm up and take the kiddos to the splash pad!!! Hopefully my 5yr old will still love this place. It's free. It's clean. There are life guards present to keep kids safe such as not drinking the water and not running. There is a small spot of shaded space for parents to sit. It's new. It's free. It's at a public park. There is also dry playground kids can play at! A fun place! Definitely worth taking the kids!

Note this is a panorama, and you have to click to see it. Both playgrounds plus slight view of splash area.

    - Splash pad The splash pad seems as good as the one at Boomer's but at no charge. A bit more crowded though. They have a variety of items such as buckets of water that fill up and fall, a waterfall, squirt guns, and a little toddler area with small fountains and a turtle among others. This is one of the main reasons to come here. - Playground Has a bit of variety for those that like to climb. You can climb animals on the smaller playground and "rocks" on the larger. Has little learning stations where you can push buttons and get sounds and they explain either about water or animals depending on the station. Has some slides, not too impressive on the slides. I didn't see any swings, overall the playgrounds were OK. I did like the climbing statues. The playground is NOT a main reason to come here. - Community center The park has a community center inside for swimming and such. The pool is kept at a very nice temperature and it's a nice place to swim. - Paths Nice paths are another good reason to come here, they even have a botanical preserve. Many parts of it is undeveloped and they warn about rattlesnakes so I would be careful taking pets down there, but it is nice to walk down. I haven't had any issues, but there is a filtered review here about a lady who's dog got bit by a rattlesnake. - Soccer field They have a soccer field, not too interesting to me but maybe worth a mention. - Events Various events get hosted here and they have a amphitheater, if interested they have the events on the city website: http://www.cityoflagunaniguel.org/calendar.aspx?CID=25

Stayed here overnight and this hotel does NOT disappoint!…read more I came here a couple years earlier for an overnight stay, just like this trip I went on. Instead on this trip, I had a free room available in my account, which I wanted to redeem before expiring. First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say. Thank you, Marriott!

The only thing, I wish they had a track or allowed us to run around the building while our kid is at the child care. Treadmills are tough for me. I tried the facial services too and the esthetician was great. She recommended some treatments and it was quite relaxing.

I understand their rules, but it feels a little bit looming and uncomfortable. They tend to suck the fun out of everything at this pool. The equipment is clean, well maintained, and there is a strong variety without the constant frustration of not having enough of what you need. The classes are excellent, easily as good as you will find anywhere, and the overall culture on the gym floor is a real plus. People are there to work out, not just socialize. The locker rooms are also a standout, consistently clean and clearly maintained throughout the day, and the front desk team is always friendly, professional, and welcoming while still feeling genuine (even though they are coached im sure). What really sets this location apart is how well it works for families. The kids club is far better than basic childcare, with a wide range of activities like sports skills, art, Spanish, and wall climbing. The pool area is also great for the whole family, with attentive lifeguards, fun family spaces, a separate adults-only area to relax, and good food and drinks available during the summer. It feels like a place where both parents and kids can genuinely enjoy spending time. A few things keep it from being perfect. It would be reasonable to include Parents Night Out in the already high monthly family membership rather than charging extra per child, especially since other Life Time locations do. It is also disappointing that the exceptional basketball courts are gone. Pickleball is clearly in demand, but keeping at least part of the space for a half-court basketball setup would have been a better balance. The old basketball league was a great part of the club, and it is hard not to miss it. We used to belong to the ClubSport Rennissance and it had a lot to offer too - but LT works better for us due to the better pool and kids club, nicer equipment, and more premium feel.

Employees behaved in a professional and courteous manner. As expected, I received a polite call and an email inquiring about whether I'd like to join. I was relieved that there was no pressure sell.
