This review is based on a limited experience with Fort Frenzy…read more While I see from its website that there are many attractions that make up Fort Frenzy at different times, my experience is based on attending a concert here on November 6, 2024. For a concert, I highly recommend this place. I came from out of state, to start with. Venue is easy to find, easy in and easy out. Anything you could need is found about two stoplights away. Plenty of parking. Very accessible space. Clean. The sound was big! Standing room only type space but I did spot an area of what looked like built in seating along one side that seemed behind a rope but I presume was for all. I don't know who or what usually plays here but I feel like this is a space you could and should travel to for shows to say you "saw them before". I drove A LOT of hours on a weeknight for this and would do it again in a minute. Oh and the hotel is within feet of the back door of the concert hall so just plan to stay over!

The bumper car area is to small for the 6 cars they have in there. One of the games included in the 2 hour pass was shut down the entire time we were there so we didn't even try it (hologate). The kids and I were ready to leave after less than an hour and a half. It really wasn't worth the $150 for 2 hours we spent. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to others.

UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE: Your response saying you're a family-owned business is NOT a good excuse…read more The people's negative experiences speak for themselves. If you can't listen to your customers, then you shouldn't remain in business, plain and simple. If you're going to rip people off, that's only going to make your customer rate go down and do business with you less. If you don't follow your promise to fix your machines, it shows what kind of business you are and what kind of staff you're hiring. I have once filed a complaint on your company's website about my experience and did not hear back from their customer care department. Your "focused not on the past but today's players" is not a good excuse to disrespect the older generation of players. An arcade business should respect ALL generations of gamers, not just focus on the present. If you can't respect the older generation of gamers, then you should NOT be allowed to be in business, plain and simple. Thank you for showing us what you're really like, but please show the public something else other than the fact you guys would rather swindle your customers with dirty deals and then play the victim when we the customers are pointing out the obvious that you guys need to do better as a business. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you want to have fun in a place that rips you off and has a terrible variety of games and other machines, then this is the place for you. After Maude's Pizza in the old Chuck E. Cheese's space nearby closed down a few years ago since the property management declined to renew their lease in favor of this business inside the old Sears space, this was my reason to check it out. They don't even have the arcade machines from back when we were kids in the 80s and 90s like Maude's Pizza did. The staff at this location are unpleasant including one middle-aged woman who got in my face for no good reason. They have a lot of machines that look good on the outside, but on the inside are another story. This arcade center cares more about profits than they do their customers and they do little to nothing to fix any machines that have problems. They have done little to nothing to learn from their mistakes. They will only say "sorry" - only to go back to their old selves to justify horrible service. Please close this place down and replace it with an arcade business that has a better variety of arcades, including ones from the 80s and early 90s. This particular business could care less about their customers.

I wish I could put 0 stars, but that is not an option, so I give this a 1. This was the worst…read moreexperience i have ever have at an arcade ever. I went there and their game malfunctioned, giving me less points than I was supposed to have. The employees were very disrespectful when I tried to explain the situation. I showed them photo evidence of the nonfunctional machine, and I recieved was a nasty stare and disrespectful language. I left empty handed and disappointed in what was supposed to be a happy fun time at this new arcade. This is not an exceptable situation, employees need to be looked over for they are very disrespectful.
